Kind, considerate and sensitive are a few of the words I could use to sum up Jo, and how she helped with a very difficult time in my life. From start to finish, she was professional but empathetic, and worked with me to give my mother a service that she would have loved.I cannot thank Jo enough for the way she helped me with the details, and was with me 100% of the journey. For anyone out there experiencing the terrible loss of a loved one, it means so much to some of the weight lifted, and allows the healing process to start.Thank you Jo for everything, and I would not hesitate in recommending your services to anyone.

Jo conducted my Mom’s funeral last week. She worked with the family to create a service that was dignified, personal and celebrated mom’s life. All of our wishes were incorporated and nothing was too much trouble for her. Jo lives in the house next door to where my mom grew up, what a coincidence. Jo has been completely attentive to our needs and wishes throughout, whilst keeping a reassuring guiding hand over the lead up and all the way through to the end.
