Placed an order, over 18 days ago still not received it. Have emailed twice and called numerous times but no answer communication is terrible and just don’t know where my order is or how to get an answer. Don’t order under any circumstances.

Delighted with the 4 pictures we received from this company. Sure, delivery took a little longer than it would have done with some larger retailers, however, this is an independent, family owned business and not Amazon!! The items were personally delivered by the owners and we live in Sheffield - some 200 miles from where the business is based. We knew exactly what we wanted and found this company to be offering the best possible price, plus we also benefitted from a further discount with it being our first order.

Very disappointed with this experience. Ordered a picture and it stated on website and confirmation email it's up to 14 days delivery. On day 12 I had heard nothing so emailed for an update. No response so emailed again on day 14 again asking for an update. I received an email to day the canvases were damaged and new ones will be in next week so a full refund given which will take 10 days. I am so angry, I didn't want a refund, I asked for an update. Now I have to wait 10 days for a refund and then order again and wait another 14 days for delivery. Why was I not given the option to wait another week? The customer service is poor and I won't be ordering from this shop again.

I would not recommend buying online from this shop. Looking at some of the other reviews, I can see I’m not the only one. I ordered two small cushions. A week later I emailed asking when I can expect them (the website says to allow 14 days for delivery but that most orders are sent within 7 days). I received a reply saying it would ship that week to arrive Friday or Monday. By Monday no cushions had arrived. I emailed again to be told ‘there was a delay’ and it would be dispatched that day with a tracking number to follow. No tracking number was sent and I never received the cushions either. So that’s two weeks of my time wasted with this shop. The owner did refund the money quickly, so no complaints on that front, but I’m completely baffled why my order was never fulfilled as I never received an explanation. My advice is to shop online somewhere else as Dear Grace is clearly a disorganised business with poor customer service.

Just received my white bobble bowl it's beautiful, much bigger than I thought delighted with it. No delivery problems arrived within a week and previous orders were delivered by the owners themselves even though I'm in Scotland which I really appreciated.

I only wish I could give 0 stars as they don't deserve 1! I ordered two lamps on October 2nd it stated 14 working days for delivery and STILL NO LAMPS!! It has been 6 weeks since I ordered they cost me over £300 and still no lamps I have emailed and rang that many times and no response!!! CAN YOU PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME AND LET ME KNOW WHERE MY LAMPS ARE AND WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO IN TERMS OF GOOD WILL GESTURE!!!!! Absolutely awful customer service!!!!

They have a great online store lots of beautiful items, however alarm bells did go off when I read it would take 14 days for delivery and I should have listened. No company in this day and age takes 14 days to deliver a vase. As predicted by other reviews my item did not arrive, I highly doubt it had even been boxed up for delivery. I’ve given one star because after I emailed them they promptly gave me a refund.Perhaps they should change delivery companies or not offer full U.K. deliveries. I ordered a similar vase from another small independent seller and it arrived in two days now that’s great customer service !

Not one to leave a bad review but I had such an awful experience! Ordered approximately a month ago, didn’t chase delivery as I know it was 14 days from point of purchase. I rang end of last week to see if there was any updates and they told me it would be sent out the following day and be with me Monday just gone. Only just had an email to tell me none of items are in stock and the company won’t be producing anymore! Completely understand situations like this happen but the lack of communication is disappointing!

Dear Grace has some gorgeous home wear bits I love what they have I've brought from dear Grace a few times and they have been amazing very helpful and service and delivery super quick can't wait to buy from these guys soon
