Vaughans

We have brought a number of products from Vaughans including TV'S and Sonos soundbars. Everytime we purchase something from them their customer service is second to none.I recently purchased a new Smart TV from them as I had decided to get rid of Sky and move to Freesat. From choosing our TV to delivery and installation we were well looked after. We were also given the name of someone that could help connect the Freesat.After changing from Sky to Freesat our soundbar stopped working. They came out straight away to sort this out. A young employee Tyler was asked to come out he spent most of the afternoon trying to resolve the issue. I cannot praise him enough. He was determined to get it working he even spoke to a staff member who was not working. He is a credit to the store and with help from other staff members the matter was resolved. I would not have had any of this service if I had purchased a TV online it pays to shop locally.

Best place to buy anything electrical, fantastic personal service. Polite and helpful staff. An keeping a local company trade

Bought TV and Sonos speakers. Dan was fantastic throughout, very knowledgeable and amazing service. Dan and Adam came to install and nothing was too much trouble for them. Attention to detail as if it was their own home. Highly recommend.

I needed to buy a fridge freezer and a washing machine and this shop was the best in the area.They had a great range of appliances at reasonable prices and I found exactly what I was looking for.The staff were friendly and very helpful, even giving me advice about the local area, as I had just moved.The appliances arrived THE NEXT DAY and the delivery people were excellent at negotiating them into my awkwardly-shaped house.I cannot recommend enough

I hope Vaughans electrical products are better than their driving! Was intimidated by a driver driving so close to the back of my car on a40 Road near cross hands, Peugeot van with reg number starting CE71. The driver then aggressively overtook me and later saw they were doing the same to other cars. Very surprised this didn't cause an accident!

Travelled to this specialist Panasonic store today from Cardigan to compare a Panasonic Tv with LG only to be told we have no Panasonic Tv's on display !!!!! How can this be? Haverfordwest store after first visiting the St Clears store but they only had one Panasonic TV on display.
