We always use Jacksons for our branches across the UK, they are reliable and the staff are always friendly. I have recently opened a new store in London and used Jacksons to set up the store to meet the fire safety regulations. It was hassle free and the set up was completed on time. The gentleman who came out to install the set up was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic Service from everyone at Jackson Fire & Security. Jackson were able to manage every aspect of our Fire Alarm, CCTV and Intruder Alarm requirements and also took care of Fire extinguisher and signage too for a commercial site we were redeveloping in central Cambridge. Very quick to respond and very likeminded to us with regards to customer service and care. We will now only use Jackson on future sites in and around Cambridge.

Jackson F&S have serviced our alarm for two years. We have paid and they carry out the service well. However, we have for the first time had an issue with our alarm.We have not received call-backs in good time, the call-out has been delayed twice, and they were not courteous in letting us know so we could plan our day. There wasn't even a 'sorry' but a 'it's one of those things'.We've literally decided to go with another company rather than have them carry out the work that is a part of their service-level agreement.I guess we weren't a high enough priority for them.

Tom is not only professional in doing the security job for our property but also very friendly and warm hearted to introduce some brilliant tradesmen when he heard our cowboy builder left our job unfinished (in this case Ian Gale from Structure Solution). His team especially Lukasz is very quick and professional. They deliver more than we expected and I strongly recommend them to any body!

Carmelcrest Ltd employed Jackson Fire to install a new Fire Alarm installation at Swaffham Primary School, one of our refurbishment projects in Cambridge. The overall service was excellent. They were prompt, experienced and competitively priced. All of that combined with their friendly approach means we will certainly be using their services again soon.
