Had an appointment booked for today, the engineer did not turn up. When i called airtech i was told the engineer had to go on emergency leave. No one from the office had any common sense to look at the engineers jobs for today and call the customers to say the engineer will not be attending. Even a child would know to call the customer to re-arrange not the other way round.Pathetic

When fitting a unit managed to remove phone and internet cable from a vulnerable persons property, clearly their engineers are not trained

Had Stopped working on the first day but has now been repaired thanks
