Worst. Subway. Ever. Walk another five minutes and find somewhere else to eat. Incredibly slow, staff don't understand the menu and they had to close for an hour because they ran out of ingredients. Spare yourself the trouble.

Once again, my visit was only for a coffee. They are really reasonable and their coffee is good. The ambience is friendly as are the staff who serve you. Really nice to be here. And, they have free O2 WiFi! What more can one ask for?

Decent food. Though my friend accidentally left her coat for a short time, nobody seemed to pay any attention to it or report it to staff. We had to try make our own back to find the place again, was surprised nobody seemed remotely concerned.

Worst Subway I've been in,they are usually brilliant. Service was terrible, the server threw meat about , threw salad lids about. When I got my sandwich and coffe, I asked was that it, has I had ordered a meal, he said yes, I asked I thought I also got crisp or a cookie,he replied well get some then. Worst service ever. Wont be going their again.

Bunch reprobates working here. Couldn’t set a dinner table between them. They broke the oven, dropped the sauce everywhere, and didn’t even ask what salad I wanted, just put a load of items on themself. Then asked if I wanted sauce AFTER wrapping my sandwich (15:44 02/07/2023)

Yet again closed early, told at 17.40 that closed yet sign on door states 18.00. This happens all the time at this subway, can’t wait until the tram terminal opens and we locals all have better choice for those who work around the gateway.

I'm using my sister account as came I. Today Friday 22nd October to meet my sister here and the young girl who is on with pink hair was really mean to the young lad behind the counter he would ask her to do stuff and she would swear at him then sit at a table with her friend slating the lad the lad served amazingly and has amazing manners when customers s come in that's when she gets up and serves bt when noone is there she sits behind coundter
