I can’t understand why they have only 3 stars because the food is always as expected and their customer service is fantastic!

Ordered house special fried rice, house special chow mein, ss chicken balls and plain spare ribs.Tasty food except for the spare ribs, picture on the menu doesn't match up with with what I was given and they severely lacked meat.Bit of a wait for the food but overall was good.

Forget the 'reviews' here and go off something official instead. This takeaway has just received a ONE STAR Food Safety rating, for the second time. You have no idea just how bad your food safety has to be to get a single star rating and trust me you're better off not knowing, but you can rest assured it's absolutely awful. Just cleaning the kitchen isn't going to cut it here - the staff need to be either fully trained in proper food safety or just replaced. Think that's harsh? Fine, but that's YOUR stomach they're utterly indifferent about there...

Phoned Taste of China half an hour after scheduled delivery time, was told food was on the way with the driver. Received a phone call 45 minutes after scheduled delivery time from Taste of China to say that the driver could not find the house and had returned to the restaurant. Asked if the driver was wearing a bright pink top and they confirmed he was, explained that he was outside the house, looked at the house name and then got back in his car and drove off. We could not get to the door to flag him down and he never drove past again. Asked why they did not use the contact phone number placed on the order, they said that they have tried but it wouldn't go through...it was the house phone number- there are no issues with the phone line. They said they will have to cancel the order... due to the incompetence of the delivery driver. Thank you very much Taste of China, we will not be using you again after many years of no issues with delivery...still have 2 very hungry children and 4 adults to feed...

Crispy chilli beef, pancake rolls, salt and pepper ribs and a fried rice with prawn crackers. Delightful!!

Absolutely shocking not only did it take 2 hours to come it was stone cold, the smallest portions I've ever received but when I call to ask why they say it's because we're busy. hang on if I pay £30 for a take a way I expect a full tub not a quarter full tub but worst of all the food wasn't good after all that it was bad, pink chicken ball and hard cold rice it's a shame if you carnt handle the orders don't take them

Tried to make me pay twice. Over 15 orders with me and my house mates will go somewhere else now. Man nice. Woman owner was nasty. Nasty on phone to her husband. Don't deserve custom, crispy chicken and beef so chewy

Food tasted ok but I found a black hair in my food and was then put off and binned the rest. Had a quick look inside the kitchen when the door opened and looked quite dirty with cardboard all over the floor. Im sure there will be some hygeine issues with this place. Shouldnt hair nets be worn to stop hair falling in to food?

20 minutes away via a car. The food always arrives hot. Great portion sizes, we always have left over day.. The dishes taste great with great presentation. The different drivers are all very polite, no matter the time. When family or friends visit, this is our go-to takeaway. No complaints, great service and food.
