Would thoroughly recommend. After being let down by my local vets that they could no longer provide my cats diabetes medication, I looked to source online. The pharmacy staff were very helpful when I called to ask advise on ordering/prescription etc and the pharmacist himself went above and beyond to source the prescribed medication (which has ceased production) and it was sent out to me within a week. Also at a fraction of the cost that my vets have been charging me! Thank you Pharmacy Outlet for your excellent customer service and for going that extra mile, very much appreciated.

I absolutely endorse the previous review. Having had some difficulty in sourcing pills for my elderly dog, Cecil, who has high blood pressure, I could not believe how cheaply I was able to get them from Pharmacy Outlet (about a fifth of the cost of the medication I used to get from a vet medicine site), the staff were so kind and helpful and efficient, the whole experience was a delight from beginning to end, can't find the words to sing their praises enough.

An absolutely fantastic customer experience. I had been trying for a week to find somewhere to dispense a private prescription from my vet for a product that they were having difficulty getting. Saw the reviews and wasn't going to use them, but decided to give them a try.Got the best customer service experience, they sorted out the box size issues, and got the drugs a couple of days after they got the prescription through the post.Everything about using them was positive and can really highly recommend them.

Please note this is NOT a 24hr Pharmacy you can access or go to in order to collect your Prescription overnight. I believe it is a repeat prescription home delivery service.And hopefully they will remove the 24hr bit from google.

Incredibly helpful and selflessly generous. They helped me out of a tight spot with pet medications twice (so far) answered the phone immediately in the most friendly and humane fashion, and were generally awesome. Can’t recommend enough. Give them your business!

Amazingly helpful and easy to deal with! I couldn't rave about them enough. Our dog is on medication for an ongoing condition and I was lucky enough to come across this website who offers his medication at a third of the cost the vets do. They deliver it quickly and in special chilled packaging at no extra cost. They answer emails and queries very quickly and politely. They've been my go to" for nearly a year now. PharmacyOutlet provides a really great service. They have a wide range of products and prices are reasonable compared to elsewhere. The site has a convenient search function where you can input what you need and browse their catalogue. It's easy to order and pay online, or you can ring them for further information. Hit and his team are absolute stars. Friendly, knowledgeable, and they really go out of their way to help. Wish all pharmacies were like this. Have ordered from them several times already and highly recommend them!!
