I'm not mad I'm just dissapointed, I bought my shoes, got them home and I only had one lace. Not a big problem, got another, but then when I wore them everybody slagged me and said I needed to grow up.

Busy shop very friendly staff they spent a good quality of time to help us find the right trainers if they don't have what your looking for they will go on line and order them for you. Great service thankyou .

Get prepared to be looked down if you cannot afford a pair of leathered shoes. Online customer service agents more competent than the shop manager. (BTW, boots do not need to be leathered to be water resistant, I know it won't make you smarter but you can now advise your customers properly ;) )

Searched high and low throughout Inverness for ankle leather boots and found them HERE! Lovely assistance by Halle! My Doc Martens, Embury Chelsea Boots are THE BEST❤️
