Exceptional dentist, continued to provide service throughout this pandemic with great courage.Very professional carrying out work to a very high standard, you can have full confidence in their work. The receptionists are friendly and professional.

Would not recommend anyone to come here for a check up. I was in the chair for a few minutes, the dentist opened my mouth and looked inside, took two X rays and sent me off. She didn't check any of my gums or individual teeth, unlike any dentist experience I've had before. They rang me to move my appointment forward so I imagine the dentist wanted to leave early and was quick to have me out. She couldn't even make time to clean my teeth which was recommended, awful service... Feel like I have been scammed and still unsure about the health of my teeth so I will have to rebook somewhere else.

I was unlucky. I spent over £500 for a new crown only to have problems with it. Three times it was ground down and still it was too high and impacted on my other teeth. In the end, after a few months, I developed tooth ache so I went to another dentist and after an x-ray a large problem was found in the fitting of the crown and I was told I would have to have the 'new' crown, removed urgently and another temporary crown fitted with the possibility of having to have an implant later.On removal of the 'new' crown the second dentist found decay which had not been spotted and removed earlier. I had antibiotics and pain killers on top of the cost of the original crown.I also found the original proceedure rather brutal and had resolved to find another dentist anyway. I do not yet have a replacement crown but the work so far, the removal of the first crown, the removal of the decayed area, the filling needed and fitting of a temporary crown has cost over £450!I can say no more than that I am very dissapointed to say the least.

Absolutely disgusting practice so unprofessional and rude I most certainly will not be attending here again offered me a position to then take it away and made me drive all the way out to them just to tell me they can't offer me a position the day before training. Never have I ever been treated so badly in dental nursing! Not surprised there's no permanent nurse .

Worst dental experience ever, never had so much pain from routine work, after checkup jaw numb and unable to bite on for 4 months due to nerve damaged caused during a checkup. De scale teeth, nearly walk out half way in so much pain.When questioned the dentist the response was nonchalant and uncaring.when I said I may take it further all I got was a shrug, But happy to charge excessive amount. The dentist is a butcher.

Extremely helpful and very friendly as well as efficient service from Dr Joanna Ciesielska! Will definitely go to Rockwood Dental Practice again, it’s much better than all previous experiences I’ve had with other dentists so would highly recommend.

I called on Tuesday 11:30am as website states open til 5pm. Recording very abrupt 'surgery is closed'. Isvtgay closed as in 'forever' or?
