The Golden Carousel
Awful, my daughter has been on the carousel over the years, with and without our assistance, today the woman attending the Carousel decided to humiliate her by deciding she was just under the required hight, put her and her friend at the back of the queue and proceded to tell my wife that she was a bit little, in front of her and then decided to let her on by which stage she was in tears and didnt want anything to do with it, thanks for ruining her first trip in town out of lockdown and last day of her half term

Has the Golden Carousel a contact e-mail. I paid for 2 people at the same time, but another payment went through separately. I would like a refund or voucher, please.

Most things was at rip-off prices around there, kind of expected for tourist hotspots, people seem to accept it, oh well, but £3.5 as of writing this review for per person on this was a pleasant surprise and so we ended going twice! Was fun for the little one. What more can you expect from a carousel.

This is one of the most expensive and basic carousels we’ve seen - and they require children under 4 ft to have a fare paying adult, where most carousels don’t require or allow the adult to be free. Avoid and catch a better one elsewhere.

The Golden Carousel
This is the best carousel, I have been on. Most importantly it is clean, tidy, spotless, colourful and it actually does what it meant to do, go actually UP & DOWN properly. Top it all up all staff are super friendly a rare sight in London and very reasonable price £3.50. I also like the fact that everyone is priced same no nonsense. Highly recommended for parents with young children.

Be aware the signage is not very clear, the exit is on the opposite side of entrance gate so if your child goes on alone head there otherwise the staff just open the gate at the end and your kid can easily get lost on busy South Bank!
