Disappointing service. The issue was not identified or repaired by Nuwarmth on either visit. A dangerous fault was later found and repaired by a Stoves Engineer immediately.Complete lack of punctuality in both arriving to visits and replying to messages. Would not recommend for oven repair.

Really appreciated the expert help and coming out at short notice to fix the boiler that had broken while on holidays. Highly recommend Nuwarmth.

Stephen Hammond (nu warmth) is a thief, 2 years ago he stole thousands of pounds of money that was given as a deposit to do work on refurbishing a bathroom in Lewes He never turned up to do the work. Small claims court found against him and he has an outstanding CCJ, his family lied to the Bailiffs. Do not use, do not trust.

Steve came out to see my boiler within a couple of hours of my phone call on a Saturday. He assessed the problem and made it ok to use until he could order the necessary parts and fix it properly which he did within a few days. A very positive experience, efficient and good value. I would definitely call on him again and recommend to friends

Extremely poor. Stephen failed to turn up for a boiler service 4 times within 2 week period and failed to respond to emails, texts and phone calls tracking him down and trying to persuade Stephen to fulfil his obligations. Result was breached contract by not carrying out annual boiler service certification which is part of the cover package. Finally agreed to pay compensation but failed to do so in 8 weeks of prompting. Now pursuing compensation in small claims court. Stephen claims Unrivalled Boiler Cover" but treats customers with utter contempt. Several terrible reviews
