I recently bought a second hand iphone 7 from the IBITZ shop in Kirkcaldy High Street. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, I noticed a problem with the phone that hadn't been obvious previously, so I went back to the shop with it. The owner/operator (sorry, I didn't get his name) checked it out, explained what the problem was, and ordered a new part for it, which he fitted a few days later. It wasn't an expensive phone, and I'm sure the cost of the new part would have wiped out whatever profit was made from the sale, but their was no fuss, no bother, only good old fashioned customer service, with a friendly and helpful attitude. I can't recommend this shop highly enough.Roy Mackie.

When quoted £25 for replacement of screen from another store then asked for £45, I immediately left and came to iBitz, where I was told £30, same as always, done fast and friendly, like always and is very welcoming. Thank you again!

Awful. Incompetent, misleading and negligent.My son is 14 and contacted IBITZ to check if they can repair a Huawei screen. They confirmed they could, and he gave them his phone repair within the hour and took £70 upfront for the repair. After 1 hour, he was told they had accidentally broken his phone and they needed to order a part to fix it. The next day he was given another excuse to why his phone hasn’t been repaired and returned.It’s been 7 days and they refuse to return his £70. The assistant showed us his phone with the wrong size screen fixed to it, which exposes the inside of the phone.The assistant at the counter who seemed nice, but completely out of his depth, admitted he doesn’t know how to replace Huawei screens. I asked why they told my son that they could and then took is £70?He laughed uncomfortably and insisted that the owner isn’t able to refund the money and that they are still waiting on the part.It’s clear that they took his money because he is 14 years old and unaware that some people in this position will not always fulfil their service, as promised. His phone is more broken than when he gave it to IBITZ and he has lost his £70.I would recommend avoiding this shop at all costs. Incompetent staff and immoral customer service.

Expensive and not very good fitted screen

ridiculous job on my ipad poor repair service while i was waiting in the shop two more cusmtors come to argue with the guy, not recommended

He replaced lcd for 60£, he gave me my phone back but not working, the phone was not able to charge. He asked me 20£ more to fix the problem that he didn't fix. Not recommended.

Excellent service - went in phone not charging- turns out charger had broke in port, fixed and bought a new screen saver which was fitted with a smile, fast friendly service
