Absolute joke of a business.Messed my deliveries not once or twice, left me waiting from what was meant to be Wednesday delivery to now delivery on following Tuesday.Fuming.If I could give zero or below zero stars, I would.

I would not recommend using this company, awful service, bad attitude from the office staff. rang them for times for our delivery, only to be mislead about delivery times, then to be told that the pallets are back at depot, as the driver had run out of time,even though they drove past us to get back to the depot, was told that it was to late for them to get a courier company in to deliver, even though they are a courier company themselves ?? not helpful, no customer care. 1 star because you cannot put no stars.

We have restricted access which we informed H T Gardner about and requested a small lorry. The delivery arrived at the specified time and the driver was brilliant he off loaded the pallet with ease, was very helpful and expertly manouvered the lorry past the pallet and back along our narrow track. First class service. Thank you.

Unprofessional, dangerously incompetent, rude and dishonest - a presumably untrained driver tried to bring a pallet through an electric pedestrian gate that was too narrow, stood downhill of his manual trolley and lost control... electric gate arm and bracket damaged, gate scraped, no apology just oh I think it will be fine"!I did the company a favour and saved them hundreds of pounds by re-fixing the bracket and adjusting the arm myself instead of calling out a gate enngineer

PAID £61+VAT EXTRA TO CITY SPIRIT TO COLLECT THE PALLET AS THEY NOT DELIVER 13 MINS DRIVE FROM THE DEPOT IN LAST 4 DAYS.Can't believe why they are even in the business? calling since Tuesday everyday and pallet they have inside the depot and can't deliver and its only 13 mins drive. Every time call they same excuse SORRY WE ARE BUSY..then why the heck you in business if you can't deliver the pallet why your are sitting there? Next time we need to check with our provider if HT GARDNER involve in any delivery we'll not use..What a Shame my customer need to open shop Tuesday now one week late because of these guys.AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE

Total waste of time.Have had 2 deliveries from GARDNERS to our new business and both have had the same excuse of the lorry is full already and not enough time on route. First delivery I had to go and collect from the warehouse myself as it did not turn up at all and the second delivery was due with us 5 days ago and it still has yet to turn up.If you have the option to use a different courier then I would recommend it as this company seem a shambles.A 1 star is too good for them but zero stars is what they deserve, unfortunately we can not leave a zero star review.Grandees get your act together.

H T Gardner went above and beyond to assist me with the delivery of my cargo from Bali. I had over sized crates that couldn't be offloaded yet they assisted me with repackaging so we could get the bulk of my items to Cornwall. From customer service (Lyn) to the warehouse staff (Nathan) and delivery driver, I received 5 star service end to end.

Had 3 pallet deliveries via the Pallet Network. 2 of 3 deliveries were near disasters. Wrong or no delivery instructions to the drivers. Huge lorries going down lanes for which they were not suited. Never again.

Exeter branch Just awful, never deliver on time when you pay for an AM delivery or not at all- when you call the office you just get lied to about the reasons for delivery, Deny they have collected pallets and when you prove that they have they don't respond as they have lost the pallet, you then put in a claim and surprise, surprise no response!!Get a new manager in who can sort this place out because clearly the current team is not the right one!
