Kirkby-in-Ashfield Post Office
This post office gives out the wrong information!! Told them I was sending batteries and the parcel needed a lables on it after checking on line. Was told no! Parcel was intercepted and batteries taken out and then repackaged and the rest sent on to recipient. Not a way to run a business and have the added stress of claiming for missing items!

Keep shutting post office counter without any notice. Sign on door says post office counter open when shop is open and it's not. Saturday morning and tge post office counter is closed until 1pm this is getting beyond a joke.

Post office closed when supposed to be open because they has a bread delivery to put away explained I was on my lunch and was at work all day so no other chance to get what I needed posting urgently for 4 days because of bank holidays was told tough terrible service

Terrible, Royal Mail takes parcels back to the depot rather than leaving with a neighbor. Please ship with DPD, DHL and others.

Just been in today to send an item special delivery for Monday. Got there around half past 11 and the lady behind the counter was faffing around with bakery good for about 15 mins. When I eventually got served was told that the specials had been cut off already and it wouldn't leave until Monday. I paid £12 for this service. I told them they can cut the specials off again as I used to work in the post office. The lady who served me told me to be quiet as she doesn't want to upset the other person working there as she can get in a foul mood. Strange working conditions you have here.

Don't close on a Saturday till 4,30, I go in with my daughter to cash some change and money for her holidays! And got told we have no where to put it, said to the rude cashier you open till 4,30? And reply come back Monday. Disgusting.
