I stayed for one night on a business trip. I called in advance to let the hotel know I would be late and to rearrange my diner booking. The lady on the phone was very helpful. The lady who welcomed me and give me my room key was also very welcoming, friendly, and smiley. By the time I ate food and returned to the hotel it was after 10pm. I messaged the support to link my phone to my booking and despite being out of hours a lady called Hazel responded immediately with the information required which was great. If it was the same person then she needs to be commended on how she treats people. She was lovely. Well done to her.Unfortunately, the food in the diner was overpriced for what you get and not particularly good. The chicken burger I ordered had a really awful taste. Either the chicken wasn’t too good, or the fat used needed changing. Service was average but the bill included a service charge automatically which I detest. If I had known, I would have gone elsewhere.

Very good experience. The hash browns at breakfast were the best ever. I had an accessible room. Think had been designed by a man with beard as no mirror in the shower room to shave. An the sink was very small.

We had a fantastic meal for my father's 72nd birthday. We couldn't have been treated better. The food was excellent and the service from our lovely waiter **Dean** was top quality, thanks Dean you made our evening fantastic. I've already booked to come back with friends.

Nice modern rooms, no kettle in the room but there are hot taps in the corridors to use. Dyson hairdryer and ghd straighteners in the room, good parking. The welcome was great but when checking out not so great but I guess it depends on who is on shift.

We stayed at the Motel and had dinner and breakfast at the diner. Firstly Ellie on reception was fab for booking and the staff on the front desk who decorated our room for my daughter's birthday were exceptional. Had a few little issues but they were all sorted quickly with no fuss. Dean in the dinner is a credit to the company, great genuine service. Overall quality service with a quality feel to the stay. Thank you Mollies Bristol team for helping create a magical 10th birthday stay for my daughter.

MOTEL: Great location, rooms, ambience, and amenities. I am always amazed at their hair dryer and hair iron. Coffee and Tea etc very generously provided. There was a mess up with our rooms which was sorted on arrival. But overall, 5 star.DINER: The Diners was fab for dinner, Bruce who served us was outstanding.Choc Chip Cookie was a bit off and tasted weird. Breakfast was also great with very good service. Will be back!

We visited for a weekend stay at the Motel and had breakfast in the diner. Firstly would say the staff we met in person were delightful and largely seemed happy to help at both the reception and the diner. There was clearly a few people staying attending the same event and it was great to see the bar bustling when we checked in and when we returned later that evening - lovely atmosphere and couldn't hear a peep in the room!Prior to our stay, I reached out to the reception team regarding a diner booking for breakfast as the WhatsApp service advised they could help me make a booking as our party was too large for the self-booking option online. After a week with no response, I sent a follow up and got a rather blunt response saying that they don't usually help guests make bookings but that they would confirm with the diner. They then confirmed again via email a date and time and asked for my number to attach to the booking. When we arrived at breakfast, no booking was there and no record of my name or number at all which for a group of 7 wasn't easy to accommodate. We were lucky the diner staff made space for us and were seated quite quickly after I showed our email conversation. The meal was fairly average and a little disappointing, food arriving before the drinks and flavours and presentation not matching the reputation. I would probably avoid visiting again for breakfast, though much like the hotel it was beautifully designed. The rooms are large, nicely finished and mostly clean (though check your hairdryer filter as ours was incredibly clogged) and we slept really well. Would also flagged being repeatedly encouraged to download the app for keyless entry to our room and then this not working was worth knowing but didn't impact our stay.Overall, a nice alternative to other similar budget hotels but unfortunately didn't live up to our expectations and the reputation we had heard. Certainly wouldn't say the price for a Saturday stay was value for money comparatively.
