Terrible service! Ordered a small TV cabinet. After 3 weeks of no communication I spent the next 2 weeks sending numerous emails and trying to ring their customer service line. Managed to get three delivery dates, but having waited in each day, nothing appeared! Finally emailed them giving them a 5 day deadline or would expect a full refund. The product arrived three days later.I should not have to put in so much effort to fight for an online order with no help or empathy from their so called customer service.I hope Direct GB read all the reviews here and change how they deal with their customers.

Very, very unprofessional, its amateur hour every day at this company constantly lying, and supplying tracking details of parcles that even prove they are lying. 5-7 working days was told. 2 weeks later, still waiting for 50% of the order made, always nlame DHL, WHEN YOU CAN SEE ITS NOT DHL's fault. Go somewhere else not this company.

Absolute shambles of a company - dont even deserve a star. Do not order anything of these clowns. Waited a month for furniture and after several emails, phone calls and conversations still couldn't get a refund. Had to go through citizens advice and finally got it. Extremely unprofessional. Worst furniture company I have ever dealt with. Should be ashamed of themselves for treating customers in such an unethical and incompetent manner!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I can only reiterate what so many customers have said. No response to emails or voice messages. Customer service is non existent. No details regarding delivery method or time of delivery. Given 3 different days for delivery. Nothing arrived. Having sent 13 emails with little or no response, and having read all the poor reviews I have cancelled my order. Remarkabley I actually had a message from their customer services who stated that the order cancellation had been accepted and a further message to say I would receive a refund. Iam waiting to see whether the refund actually arrives . In the event that it hasn't been processed in the next 5ays I will be contacting my bank. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered a bedside table. After 1 week we had received no comms related to the dispatch of the order, despite delivery being confirmed at 4-6 days at the point of placing the order.Reached out to customer services and spoke to Jodie, who initially confirmed that there was no stock and we’d need to wait for restock, which was annoying but fine. We then received a dispatch email the next day (confusing). I again reached out to customer services (Jodie) - she confirmed the confusion and said there was actually stock.….Fast forward to receipt of goods. Quality of the solid mango wood bedside table is poor to say the least, so I initiated a return in line with their 30 day policy. After some resistance from Jodie (again), she/he advised that the supplier would need confirm acceptance of the return request. Despite daily chasing, Jodie or anyone at customer services has failed to get back to me.I’m now going to need to go through the hassle of a charge back on my credit card.GB direct is not a reputable seller, and is quite simply a ‘middle man’ with zero integrity. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered the cream Lancaster sideboard over 2 weeks ago. Still hasn't arrived. Only contact is via chat, there response is days on end. Lies to say it will be delivered Monday yet no deliver. There's a phone number but no one ever picks up. In the meantime there sat with my money and no means to get a refund. Dreadful service

AVOID this company! They don’t even deserve the one star!I ordered a bed for my son on 5th September 2023 with a lead time of 5-7 days. After not receiving any confirmation email nor any correspondence regarding delivery I decided to chase my order. Nobody came back to me. I tried calling numerous times, no answer. Emailed again threatening to open a dispute with my bank and contact trading standards and then I received a reply and was advised my order would be delivered last Friday. I said nobody would be home and could it be delivered today instead, they said that was fine. I asked for details of the courier to be sent and a tracking number, but I never received these. I emailed yesterday to chase, no reply. So I emailed again today to ask for a refund. This company are a waste of time and their customer service / communication is shocking. I strongly encourage you to spend your money elsewhere!
