Brought item which wasn't quite right for what I wanted, took it back Gavin was brilliant and the staff pointed us in the right direction, Customer service unbelievable.

Was so pleased to see that Tony , has joined the staff . I have dealt with Tony , as an eager “ starter angler” . Until the present time . I have always found Tony , so helpful . He can work around your budget . Finding the best set up , for the best possible price . His knowledge of both course & carp fishing is invaluable . He will never sell you something that you don’t need . He will give you his honest opinion .Which is priceless . I would like to think that I am now a half decent angler . It does not matter if you are buying a float , or a top of the range pole . Tony will always make sure that you feel like a valued customer . Thanks for all your help & advice Tony . Wish I'd found this place sooner. The staff are genuinely nice people, any questions you have they will go out their way to find the answer you need. Stocks are always spot on. 30 mins away from my house but is now my go to fishing shop. Keep it up!
