Parcel hasnt arrived, its over a week late. Called the office and was told that the parcel wouldnt fit in the van but i should expect it the following day, i bought small toys so i dont understand how it wouldnt fit in a van but that was 5days ago.There seems to be a problem with shop and tbeir courier but neither are getting the job done. Neither can tell me when its going to arrive.I would never use this company again after this experience. Nothing worse than paying for products that dont turn up.

Although this store isn't very big, the selection of toys and games are brilliant.The store is always neat and tidy and the staff are extremely knowledgeable about the products. They are also very helpful and friendly.Definitely worth a visit even if you're just browsing.
