Fastlane Autocare - Mobile Mechanics.

Sent this company email after email after completing their online enquiry form. Eventually I had a response and they told me they’d get a quote for the Labour and parts. It’s for a static holiday home shower unit replacement. Needs urgently doing due to cracks and leaks. Still no quote. No replies. I’ve emailed 6 times. Nothing. Nada.But after reading their reviews on here and Yell and other sites I’m thinking I’ve had a lucky escape.

Josh was very chatty and helpful on the reception desk, work took a little longer than planned as these things happen but he made me a coffee whilst I waited. Great customer service

If I could give minus I would.AVOID AT ALL COSTSOrdered tyres from black circles to get fitted on the 12th august (weekend) they moved my appointment until the 15th (weekday). On the 15th I waited around 4 hours for them to put 4 new tyres on. After I left the garage my car was shaking everywhere and vibrating, I phoned the garage and told them they said to bring it back, which I did on the 17th, after 3 1/2 hours being sat there waiting they told me the collaboration machine is broke and they will call me the following day when it’s fixed. 18th aug- 1pm still no contact what so ever, so I called and they said oh yeah it’s fixed come down, I waited another 5 HOURS!!! until they were closing til my car was done, the staff took my wheel looking nut to go home only I noticed before he actually left. My car was still all over the road shaking, I’d had enough and took my car to another garage who had to grind the wheel nuts off because they had all been rounded off by fast lane auto care and all wheels had to be rebalanced. I took my car straight to fast lane auto care to tell them what they had done and I had 3 nuts left in one wheel (dangerous) they told me they would need my car for the ENTIRE day to “investigate”. They replaced the nuts and gave me a new locking nut, I was told I would be refunded threw black circles for all the inconvenience, I have called at-least 35 times to be told “oh I’ll pass it on to the manager” NOTHING BUT LIES.Whilst I was in the garage another lady came in to complain that it had been 2 months and she hadn’t received her refund. STAY CLEAR from these rip off cowboys!!!!

Booked mobile electrical diagnostics for a Saturday. Mechanic cancelled and rescheduled for the Monday. Mechanic cancelled again on the Monday and rescheduled for the Wednesday (at 9am). No one showed so rang the garage who told me the mechanic would be with me at 2pm. I had taken the morning off work so I could be free for the appointment, nobody had contacted me to inform me of the change. The guy on the phone seemed very annoyed when I asked to cancel and get a refund. I need to get my car fixed, I can’t sit about missing work waiting for a mechanic that may or may not show up. Was then informed I’d be contacted on Monday regarding the refund though I expect I’ll be calling in again as understandably I have very little faith that I’ll actually be contacted**edit- they did call me to sort out refund so I guess that’s one good thing I can say**

Great service. Took my car to them and they resprayed the car to a different colour. My gearbox and clutch was faulty so they replaced my whole engine just to be on the safe side. Really good diagnostic services. Diagnosed my car as undriveable so I drove home and brought it back to them to fix. It's fine because I know that my car now not only looks good but drives good too. On another positive it only cost me £26k for an oil and filter change. Amazing value!!!

Had two new tyres fitted this morning. The staff were wonderful - polite, welcoming and hard working. The guys on the front desk were brilliant - kept me up to date on the work while I waited. I have never used this garage before but will do so in the future - it is a hidden gem and one I most definitely recommend.

My Mercedes car had recently been taken from my holiday home in Wlaes by the RAC to a local garage in Rhyl who didn't have the technical expertise to resolve the fault and returned to site. I spoke to Mark yesterday and they swiftly recovered my car from the site today and are now skillfully fixing the air suspension. I'm grateful for their expertise and efficiency. Had a front and rear dash cam fitted with hard wire kit.Had a fault with the car computer, phoned up, they had me in the next day and all sorted. Can’t fault the service

Forever blocking the pavement with cars and campervans outside the centre. It's a pain for pram access and I've had to dangerously cross the road on numerous occasions. Recently I saw a poor elderly gentleman on a mobility scooter trying to get onto the road because they'd blocked the pavement again! It causes a daily tailback of traffic and a pain to get through the traffic lights. It can be a nightmare getting in and out of the Tunza Centre next door. Absolutely selfish behaviour and an absolute joke they've been granted permission to carry out MOTs. Even more cars blocking the road and pavement!

I wouldn't even give this rip off garage a 1 star. Took half the bill up front payment, of extortionate amount! Man stipulated for parts. 4 weeks on after numerous calls for updates, lie after lie after lie, stated they would have if ready but STILL haven't. I then asked for them to return my vehicle, one man stated to give him an hour to get it out!!! NOW refusing to not give me MY property back and demanding a further 1k or they won't release it. They have done NO work on my vehicle, how can they demand more funds for no service provided?? **STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE. MARK Oakley is a fraudulent person and his business**
