HOPE osteopathy

I wish I'd been to see Amy years ago. I have struggled with lower back pain, knee pain and excruciating shoulder pain. I've been through physios and chiropractors and no one has helped fix the underlying problems as much as she has. Knee and lower back pain gone. She's offered advice on desk setup, mattress and when I was worried and emailed her outside of our appointment she gave me follow up help/advice.Friendly, professional and clear in all her communication. I also really appreciate the flexibility when some of my appointments I've had to move because I freelance so my schedule changes, a quick email to Amy and all is sorted.I have already recommended several of my friends to her for their shoulder and neck pains.I can not recommend her highly enough.

I went to see Amy at Hope Osteopathy for an ongoing problem with my shoulder/neck, which kept going in to spasm. She is highly professional in her approach and always open to questions, explaining things clearly and with relevance. The booking process was smooth and she was flexible when I needed to change my appointment. I found her treatment to be effective, and she was able to give me good advice on longer term solutions to stop the problem coming back.

The practitioner is always professional and attentive. I often leave a session feeling a lot better than when I come in. These sessions are extremely good value for money. Amelia always manages to pin point the particular issue, and offer excellent advice on self care and ongoing treatments.

Thank you Hope osteopathy for getting me back running again! Can't thank you enough. Have insight about changes in my training and technique I should tweak. This clinic is a hidden gem and a breath of fresh air amongst all of the overpriced and over salesy clinics I've been to before.

Really can't recommend this Clinic highly enough. I booked an appointment via the Hope Osteopathy website when I was in urgent need of an Osteopath after hurting my back and hip. The clinic was clean, very well located and easy to find. The Hope Osteopath I saw was warm, friendly and was incredibly professional. On the whole I left feeling very happy with the overall service I received there, and subsequently have recommended Hope to friends and Colleagues.

I'd been having issues with my back and neck which were getting increasingly worse, and so booked in with Amy at Hope Osteopathy after a recommendation from a friend. In my consultation I was given a thorough assessment and informed that the likely cause was my desk set-up at work. After I was treated, I was given recommendations on how to correct my posture at work. Not only did Amy work wonders on the initial pain, I have noticed a marked improvement in general since making the advised adjustments and correcting my posture. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend Hope Osteopathy to anyone suffering with back or general pain.

I visited Hope Osteopathy initially for a general checkup and later when I had foot and lower back pain when running. Amelia was very professional, supportive and gave me advice on desk set up as well as treating me. Importantly as a runner herself she didn't tell me to stop running, but showed me exercises and stretches I could do help reduce the impact on my body. Thoroughly recommended
