The groomers are really friendly and the environment is clean.There is also a convienent free car park for shop users. I had looked at the reviews and decided to put my new puppy's first trim in their hands. I dropped my puppy at the reception of Dogwood which is in Pets Corner and browse the store while I waited for 1 hour. When it was time to collect my puppy, I could not believe this was my trotting around as he now looked like 'My great Aunt Tess' I was speechless and went to pay the bill of £28 and just wanted to get home. Please see the before and after pictures to see what I mean.

Terrible customer service - went to my appointment today (booked weeks ago as I’m on holidays this week) to find my appointment had been cancelled and my slot given to someone else. The next appointment they could give me was December. Would like to rate the grooming but didn’t get a chance to find out!

We've been coming to Dogwood since Biscuit was a puppy, and everyone's been so so lovely, especially Isabel.Biscuit absolutely loves getting a groom as well, so really can't ask for more.

The girls at the Windsor store love Mabel and are always so kind and gentle to her! She's always happy to seem them, even though she hates baths! They were so helpful in explaining her cut and made sure I was happy with everything before they went ahead. I completely trust their judgement and can't wait to see what Mabel looks like!

I use this groomer every 6 weeks for my poochon Max and he has been going since he was 3 months old - he has a very difficult coat and they always give me advise on the right cut to keep it manageable between grooms and how to look after it! They are all super helpful and very friendly! Even when they have had to cut it shorter than we discussed - they have always called me before doing anything to explain why and make sure I am happy. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else!

Great cut for my dog, and he was well cared for. He’s come back much more comfortable and very happy which is unusual more often than not following a visit to the groomers.
