I took in an old ring to be repaired and I'm so incredibly happy with the result! The customer service was wonderful, as was the workmanship. I cannot see where the damage used to be and the cost was very reasonable. I definitely recommend the Peridot team!

What a refreshing change dealing with an honest, fair and professional company. Purchased a beautiful Chopard watch which arrived the next day as promised. The watch was described 100% accurately and exceeded my expectations. Would not hesitate recommending Peridot.

I needed some rings enlarging so took them into Peridot last week. The lady that served me was very polite and professional. I needed some advice about the rings, one in particular and the lady went and asked the goldsmith who gave me his opinion and some advice. I had a phone call to tell me that they were ready to be collected, a week earlier than expected and they were perfect! They looked like brand new rings as they had also been cleaned. I have never seen them look so good and i was extremely happy with them as they all have got great sentimental value. Thank you so much to all concerned.

I take all my fishing clubs trophies here to be engraved and they do a wonderful job. Would recommend this service.

Excellent polite and friendly helpful staff !!I was very impressed how they went out of their way to replace a spring catch on my gold chain which i always have a pair of golden boxing gloves on i explained i hadn't been without them around my neck since i was presented them after winning a boxing tournament many years back. The staff member serving me when back to the back of the shop to ask the price and how long the spring catch would take to be replaced bearing in mind this was in the afternoon that day. The staff member returned a said the the price which was very fair and the chain would be ready to collect from the shop the following day which i was very pleased with i paid and left then within a couple of hours received a phone call to say the chain was ready, couldn't be more thankful.

Honest, professional, skilled, independent jewelers/goldsmith. Due to a cycle accident had to have my wedding cut from my finger, because there wasn't enough of the ring to reconnect he suggested combining it my father's wedding ring which also very worn. He melted the two together to make one, wonderful idea, making the ring twice as precious.

We bought our wedding rings here, Debbie looked after us so well and went above and beyond for us.Very well priced, friendly and helpful.Definitely recommend.
