Store is ok but I hate the new way of collecting parcel. Was much more efficient and private when collected from the tills.

The Next store have a strange system that affects the Costa customers if the back door is opened without a code a very loud alarm system is activated which makes eating in the Costa area very uncomfortable.I have tried contacted the area manager without success.Why should a back door alarm affect so many customers.The area manager has a responsibility to respond to this situation.John Riley.

Collection waiting time absolutely shocking! More then 10 people waiting to get they parcels! Sign on collection point we are all humans be patient". Agree but the waiting time is ridiculous! We all value our time and this is no acceptable!"

Just in next sintered mens dept to buy several crew neck wool jumpers. But buyers beware they're all on hangers an the necks on the jumpers are extremely baggy. Nearly coming off hangers. So off to m&s next door as theirs are folded flat on display units nice an neat an no over stretched necks

Our first visit since the store moved to these larger premises. Very much a flagship store, with the usual Costa on the first floor. Similar in layout to the our new Next in Tamworth, and clearly the blueprint for all the stores that are in the process of being upgraded.

I love this shop, everything is presented lovely. Lovely and clean. It has two floors. They have a Costa coffee in here, everything is spotless, the staff are lovely. It has a public toilet situated in the men's department. It has escalators and a lift to get you to the upper floor. Plenty of disabled spaces outside the shop, all level.

Large new building...spacious layout for different departments except for 'Women's Clothing'. All clothes are on top of each other...the area is too small and too busy in respect of how clothes have been laid out and the lighting further back is too dark. Thus, making quality clothes look cheap and nasty...this is not the standard we know of Next.... Needs to be addressed sooner than later!!

Purchased 3 tops . . Had to return to Next the following day as 2 were on wrong hanger (sizes). Also, Next need to consider staff distribution across till areas, the wait at the ground floor children's wear tills (also click and collection point) is ridiculous.

The next is fantastic but the Costa coffee upstairs is discussing. Staff not cleaning empty tables full of dirt and no being cleaned. Does not look good on next store. They need to get them out of the store or clean up their act

Manager was really rude and vile when I requested a refund. Yuck.
