CareCo Norwich

I went to Careco with my daughter to purchase a riser recliner chair. I was very surprised to find that it is possible to have a chair almost custom made.I couldn't find this information in their brochure. The time and information I was given in choosing was so generous and the assistant was so patient and very knowledgeable. I didn't feel I was being pressured in any way and I was so grateful.

Very happy with our visit to CareCo today. Christine Sparrow was very thorough and helpful in discussing and demonstrating power chairs for our son. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed and discussed all options and specifications throughly. We our very happy with our purchase and were able to make an informed choice due to Christine’s knowledge and expertise. Very pleased thank you CareCo and Christine. Very positive experience. We bought a I-Go Crest Powerchair. A lovely lady called Karen looked after us and took us through the whole process. To start with we didn't know what we wanted, Scooter or Powerchair. Karen talked us through the choices and the benefits, and she was really friendly, patient and kind. She explained things very clearly. This was our first visit to CareCo Norwich and we were treated really well. Good sound advice and a good product. Thank you .

Visited Careco to look for items for my mum, was served by Karen who was so kind and understanding about my concerns to get the right items, it was so nice not to feel pressured into making a decision but given advice and help. What was an emotional and worrying shopping experience was made so much easier by Karen, she is an absolute credit to the company and I would recommend anyone visiting the store to make sure they speak to her!

Visited this morning to purchase a riser chair for my mother - served by Karen who could not have been more helpful. All options & choices demonstrated & all our questions answered - left alone to make our final decision with no pushy sales technique. Will be back in future to purchase a wheelchair which Karen also provided excellent guidance on.

We were welcomed warmly on entering the store and the customer advisers were knowledgeable and friendly but did not hover! They have a great selection of mobility aids and are more than happy to let you try multiple items and answer questions to find the ones that will work best for your individual needs.Big thank you to Karen for all her help!

After a recent medical episode I found myself needing a wheelchair. This was something I was struggling to come to turms with. Reluctantly i followed advice and didn't just order a wheelchair off the Internet, and I'm glad I followed that advice. Not only were the staff at Care Co in Norwich really helpful, allowing me to try chair after chair, they were also able to offer advice and advise of n the differences between the chairs. They were also great at helping me feel more comfortable about the process, this had a very positive affect on how I felt about needing a wheelchair.I really can't recommend them highly enough. Excellent service, knowledgeable, helpful, kind , and really supportive.

Suzanne was very helpful during both our visits. And took time to show my daughter how to fit the scooter in her car. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from CareCo again.

Spent an hour discussing my wife’s needs and Karen was very helpful and patient. She demonstrated a range of wheelchairs and left us to make our minds up. We were very pleased and will have no hesitation in shopping there in the future.
