The best optician by miles. All extras are included , eg anti glare, anti scratch, thin lenses etc. And great prices.

I would never recommend this place. Lack of professionalism, poor quality. They said they can't help and there is nothing they can do, but I just needed a prism in my glasses and other place helped.

Very friendly, very thorough, and best of all good quality glass's at reasonable prices.

Picked up my glasses tonight. Really pleased with them. Value for money even saved on them because everything is in with the price. So iv treated my self to transition lenses. Definitely will be using these again. Very helpful staff as well.

Fantastic professional service. Proper tests performed and picked a gorgeous blue pair of glasses. They had a solution for some problems I was having and very welcoming. Highly recommended.

Recently visited St Matthews opticians was extremely happy with the service provided, optom Dal was very thorough and professionally, shall definitely recommend to friends and family, pricing is great value for money, couldn't believe how much is included in the cost compared to other opticians, overall fantastic experience from start to finish everyone dealt with was so helpful and friendly.

Experienced terrible customer service at this place from a rude, aggressive, unprofessional and highly insecure optician who quite literally shouted at me for her own mistakes. The staff failed to inform me of key information prior to attending and then blamed me for not knowing upon my arrival. The optician (Daljinder) also refused to identify herself when I asked for her name, knowing that she had violated standard procedures in raising her voice and talking aggressively toward a customer. In the end, I left the store shocked at the appalling customer service and hostile attitude of Daljinder. Thankfully, ASDA head office were able to take my complaint seriously and I have the resources to pursue this matter further too if I desire. I have discouraged family and friends from attending this practice in the near future and to avoid booking in with Daljinder if they do as she is in need of serious further training and help.
