Hi have dealt with John now on two occasions and find his manner very professional , he puts you at ease with what can be a stressful time, he has a very professional photographer again called John and his office team are very friendly and easy to talk too I would recommend Property Matters to anyone who is considering selling or buying , I am sure he is also now acting as a letting agent !

Be aware if you are considering listing your property here, they have little interest in following up on queries about their properties. It took two emails before they got back to us and they were supposed to let us know about a viewing which they have again not contacted us about.

Would recommend Property Matters for selling your home. John and Nicole dealt with my sale and they were professional, helpful, had good communication throughout and conducted all viewings. After quite a few viewings, an offer was accepted in approx 3 weeks from date of going to market. Would use again!

Awful experience. Failed to tell us they didn’t have keys for the property until 15mins before appointment, we live 50 mins away. Argued with me she had spoken to my daughter when I knew she hadn’t as my daughter was with me . Spoke over the top about f me insisting she’d just spoken to my daughter. When I said it was unprofessional to not ha e informed us they didn’t have keys to the apartment and we were sitting n car in pouring rain said she wasn’t going to show us the property as I’d complained . She phoned back saying she’d informed my daughter so it wasn’t her fault, that was the call at 15mins before appointment. A later time was made , we went to apartment she didn’t introduce herself didn’t have the home report and stood staring out of the window as we viewed the property. Constantly called my daughter by the wrong name , which is important when buying a house you have the right name.

I would highly recommend using property matters. John was very professional from the outset and gave good advice. Nicole was organised and communicated well in arranging viewings and offers. It was not the most straightforward sale, but the support throughout the process was excellent. Sold the house, quickly, efficiently and in excess of the price quoted.
