Went to have a damaged tooth filled and profiled and Luis was really professional and made such a good job that even I struggled to see that there had ever been a problem. I couldn't ask for better service from all the staff I encountered and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Wisdom tooth extraction in a difficult position, couldn't have been less painful,put at ease from the moment I sat in the chair,procedure was over in no time all all,Domingos is a nice person and an exceptional dentist, all I can say is many thanks, I don't dislike going to the dentist but I wasn't looking forward to having the tooth out ,shouldn't have worried,great all round service from the whole surgery.

I had a Root Canal today with Joao at Mydentist practice in Ely.Everything was explained perfectly and completed with care.Time was taken to ensure that I was happy with everything and all my questions were answered.Thank you for making the process straight forward and painless as possible.I would recommend Joao to anyone considering this treatment he is friendly and makes you feel at ease.His nurse Emily was amazing and supportive aswell.

Well I’ve had tooth ache now for 5 months on two different teeth, back in July 26th I went on for a private filling which didn’t work due to them drilling to deep on to the nerve, so ended up having root canal again private waiting a month for the appointment and now £800 + out of pocket on my root canal appointment I asked for another tooth to be filled and that’s also has left me in pain, I’m hoping I will be pain free tomorrow November 28 .thats 125 days with a tooth ache. It wasn’t my choice to go private but I think if you’re paying top money I should at least have a night appointment that suits me and not have to wait as long as I have.Update 5/12/20023 tooth removed so obviously getting over that, but pain free so far All good.

Registered now as patients albeit Private but to be honest, their treatment plans are good compared with many of the other Dental Practices in and around the area. As with many other dentists, they are not taking on any NHS patients at present, if ever again. Was in for my Initial First Visit appointment and check up. My dentist and assistant were really nice and friendly. Had my check-up and x2 X-ray's performed and, although not surprised, I will need further treatment. So, my dentist explained what I would need doing and then what it was going to cost me. I have to say, it was eye-watering. I know that this is the Way Forward" apparently but neither my wife or I work due to health issues and we are below retirement age and what with the cost of living crisis as it is

Very happy with my first visit at this dental practise, as I’m very nervous when it comes to dental work I found this visit to be quite stress free.

Joao is Excellent! I had a 1 hour root canal treatment that was pain and stress free. While I am in no hurry to repeat the process any time soon, I found the treatment effective and professionally carried out. I have dropped 1 star simply because of the lack of affordable NHS treatment locally in Ely. Treatment is expensive when paying for it privately at any non NHS dentist. UK Gov PLC should do more to ensure an NHS offering is available to all by supplementing the cost of treatment.

I visited the dentist for a root canal filling. I was very nervous. The young man dentist explained everything he was doing. Put me at ease and was extremely gentle, I felt no pain at all.I would certainly not be nervous again.Had an excellent dentist, and nurse.Thank you to all the staff at my dentist,Chequers Lane.

The dentist was lovely and set out my dental plan so I could understand everything. And they rang me the next day to let me know the payment listI am very happy with this dentist.
