John has really helped with my knee - he did a thorough test of it, identified a number of possible issues and also gave me specific exercises to enhance the strength and improve muscle mass.He also gave me a referral for an MRI to get to the root cause of the issue. I would highly recommend John for anyone looking to improve their physical health, strength or to get rid of any annoying injuries!

I've been seeing John over the last couple of weeks and the treatment and exercises he has given me has resulted in amazing improvements in my movement, flexibility and posture. I visited him initially with bad neck pain and stiffness and I must say that I am really pleased with how things have improved so well so quickly. I fully recommend making an appointment with him for any issues you have, and for a very reasonable price you get an incredible service which is truly second to none.

After a few unsuccessful trips to the GP (Had ongoing discomfort rather than pain so wasn't considered serious for MRI) with suspected trapped nerve, I decided to book in with John after good recommendation.After just one assessment and two follow up sessions, The tension and discomfort has left due to the exercises that John instructed me to do.Would highly recommend John!

I have suffered from joint hyper mobility syndrome for 20 years and it is only in the last few while I have been seeing John I have really got it under control. The massage therapy he provides really helps with my aches and pains and he is always ready to offer advice and exercises to help alleviate my discomfort. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend John to anyone as his friendly, approachable manner means I have always felt at ease and able to ask any questions or for advice.

John has been absolutely fantastic in helping me in my recovery following my serious foot injury and operations over the last year. It has made such a positive impact on my recovery process. Been seeing John for the last few weeks with sciatica pain and hamstring tightness and he's been first class. Really attentive, encouraging. The work he's done with me, coupled with the exercises have got me back moving freely again, and more importantly free of pain!Couldn't recommend him highly enough!

Went to see John after a nasty bout of plantar fasciitis which prevented me from playing golf. After Initial appointment I was given exercises to do at home to improve muscle flexibility. Can’t recommend John highly enough, he assessed the problem area and used massage therapy to improve it. As a diabetic it is important that my feet are looked after by a professional.
