Best to avoid.Visited on a Sunday night as only chippy open. Ordered scampi and chips, the cheap breaded supermarket style scampi was over cooked and burnt, the chips were under cooked.Worst food I have ever had from a chippy.

Placed order and paid for collection on just eat, said collect in 15 mins. Drove down to collect my order and the shop was closed. Will not be back near the place.

We order from Vikings regularly and are never disappointed with the food or service. The chicken is delicious and always arrives hot! Would really recommend them!

Very tasty, good batter. Fish delicious. Curry good. Portion size is great value for money.I will say the chips are admittedly not great but we threw them in the fryer to crisp up and wow great chips then.

I regularly visit here it's usually one of my go to spots but I feel things have slowly been going down hill. Previously my burger was cold I thought it was a one off, but this time both the burger and chicken were cold. Took a long time too to get something so sub par

I’m not usually a chippy person but went today for dinner and sat in. They have so many different options on their menu which was great. The food was beautiful couldn’t fault any of it. I got the hot wings which were so much nicer than the likes of kfc, battered mushrooms which were the nicest I’ve tasted and my mum got the scampi supper she said it was delicious. Def recommend and will be back.

The place has potential, but its not being realised….. maybe that’s why we were the only customers in the place at 7pm on a Friday night?? First impressions were not good - the street door did not close properly, so all the heat was escaping (weep, all climate change worriers!). The decor is fairly drab, the area behind the serving hatch looked dark and dingy, with random people coming and going, and there was a collection of not-very-good art for sale in one corner of the eating area. Why?? The guy who took our order was friendly and helpful, but the food seemed to take ages to arrive - the kitchen is upstairs, out of sight. The food, when it did arrive, was actually not dreadful. Tasty burger (but- in a floppy bap, and slathered in too much mayo), real chips that were lovely and hot (but not crispy). The fish was a bit over-cooked, but edible. If everything else was more welcoming, I reckon the place could do quite well. But it smacks of careless disinterest by the owners right now.

Really good food, the batterd mushroom was far too oily though. Thier heat wasn't working and the guy had to fix the door cause it didn't close properly. No one else in store probably due to the odd opening and closing times. Nice staff

Ordered from here two or three times and the last two times the food was freezing. The most recent order tonight was not only freezing but the portions were terrible. I ordered the four chicken burger meal and the Belfast cheesy box meal. The five bags of chips that came with the two meals were half full at best. The beef burger which had amazing reviews from Uber eats was burger from lynas, it was meant to have cheese sauce and fancy cheese and arrived with an orange cheese slice that’s not even cheese! The lettuce had melted into burger and the only onions were at the side of the burger in the paper it’s wrapped in. The hash brown was just grease. Awful experience. How many chances do you give a place that has so much potential but is being let down by stupid things. Won’t survive like this I’m afraid. There’s a lot of choices for this type of food and you have to be more cute about things like portion sizes! Codzilla is going the same way. One chip used to feed four, now your lucky if it feeds an adult and a child! MUST DO BETTER!
