We had to take our beloved 18 year old cat to vets4pets as she was quite poorly, we received wonderful care and attention and unfortunately she was put to sleep. We would like to say thank you to all of the staff at Keighley for their understanding and kindness and a beautiful sympathy card arrived with forget me not seeds a short while afterwards, a lovely touch at a time of great sadness, thank you again

Well organised & very clean, bit pricey but not too bad, staff are very good too, seem to be very knowledgeable about pets & products

The receptionist was very friendly on the phone, I managed to get an appointment within an hour of my phone call. The vet was really nice, interacted great with my boy, explained in detail of the issue and brought a nurse in to help with my boy while she examined him to make it easier on us all. The nurse was really good and despite it being a year since he was last there she knew him straight away. The reason I was highly satisfied with the price is the vet explained the medication she could give him but it might not work so she didn't push me to get it like my previous vet would have done.I don't often go to the vet with my boy but he rushes in to the room and gets very excited to see the vet which makes the visit a lot less stressful.I recommend vets4pets to everyone

If I could give 0 stars I would, told us our Guinea pig was fine and just needed some medicine and rest… he died shortly after getting home from the appointment. Not sure how you can get that so wrong? Are you not trained in small animal health?

Absolutely terrible. All they're interested in is how much money they can get out of you from consult fees.Communication skills are atrocious. Our beagle was / is quite poorly, we spent alot of money on care in the form of blood tests and ultra sound scan etc, we asked them to process the insurance documents as the insurance company requires his history and what treatment he is under -Day 1 - stood next to us and said it's done hassle your insurance company to get it moving"Day 2 - it's not done - but will be done todayDay 3 - it's not done but will be done tommorowDay 4 - we'll have it done todayDay 5 - actually our company policy is 2 weeks ( why tell us to hassle our insurance company from day 1 to then move the goal posts to state it's 2 weeks). We went on 5 occasions for repeat meds without any issues at all - funnily enough most of these were on a consult basis where it's and extra £50 where they're happy to take this - and on short notice where they happily provided medication with no notice - however on the 6th occasion with no consultation required "actually now company policy is we require 48 hours notice for meds".The insurers stipulated there's a small form to fill in each time to expedite the delays in processing claims - this form for them is 2 small boxes ( the insurers already have all of our pets history) - given their history of incompetence and poor communication I asked if they'd be able to just fill it in so we could send it off - 2mins if a job - if that - ohhhhh no - just because your not paying the £50+ consult fees they simply don't give a care / or another 4 letter word (I'll let you use your imagination)We have looked at physio treatment too and they have had contact them on 4 occasions to ask for medicinal information too

Our dog was struggling to wee. We managed to get squeezed in for an appointment the same day, even though they were fully booked. He had a scan the following day. They rang me straight after his scan to say he had bladder stones and he had the operation the same day. The best vets we have ever been with. Thank you

Customer service has gone off a Cliff. No consistency in who tells a Customer what (I had 3 different stories about my Pet) and their IVR is utter garbage.

The vet (Ellie) was friendly, down to earth, straight to the point and informative. This is not my usual vets as was away from home but wish she did work in my local vets for pets.
