I was responsible for selling a property I had inherited. It wasn't a straightforward house to sell and it required some imagination to see what could be achieved. Lliffe and Lliffe were the only estate agents who gave me any confidence that they could actually market the property and achieve the return I expected. David worked very hard using his excellent local knowledge and skills to sell the 'project'. He constantly kept me up to date with the viewings, and was always at the end of the phone throughout the whole process. Whether I'm looking to sell or buy, I wouldn't even consider anyone else.
