Worst facial treatment I ever had. The beautician treating me bearly done any extraction…. Never go facial treatment there. And you will see they will come to comment giving excuses as to why the service is the worst… 50£ down the drain . It’s really irritating… and when I called to ask to speak to the manager one of the hairdresser pick up the phone hear my voice and hung up. Calling me rude… while I wasn’t just irritated by their service

One of the best I have been too! The clinic is clean and relaxing with the politest staff. Even after a misunderstanding with my booking, the gentleman was so courteous. I would definitely recommend this place and will be going back for monthly appointments for sure

Best clinic ever.I just done my first session of Morpheus8 treatment, after couple days the result is amazing, I can see my acne scars has improved a lot, I can't wait for my next treatment. 100% recommended. Best service and professional.s

I came here on a whim because my usual wax lady has gone on holiday, but I was not disappointed. I was seen by a lovely lady called Mandy, she greeted me asked what I needed and booked me in right away. This has been the most pain free wax I’ve ever gotten and I’ve been having waxes for 2 years plus.She was great. Thank you

Great techniques but lacks customer service skills. I have been to this clinic for a year now and every time I'm expected to wait for 20-30min which is ok (I always book online). Today I came in and ended up waiting for 50min without being informed beforehand. The manager came to ask if I needed some water 10min in which is great, but had they told me about the long wait I could have done some work or groceries whilst waiting as I live around the corner. Will think again before booking next time.

I had an excellent experience at The Broadway Clinic in Stratford for scar treatment. The quality of the treatment was exceptional, and it was tailored specifically to my needs. I underwent a combination of treatments, namely Fraxel laser, chemical peels, and collagen boosters, which were all integral to my scar revision process. The mix of treatments was carefully designed to optimize the results, and I'm delighted to report that I'm satisfied with the outcome of each service provided.What's more, even beyond my specific treatments, all staff at the clinic were kind and courteous from the point of entry into the clinic to my departure.I am highly satisfied with The Broadway Clinic's services and will continue to go to the clinic because of the amazing results thus far. I will also be happy to explore other treatments/services they offer whenever the need or desire arises.

Wow. Such great value. My hair looked so good after my haircut last weekend on Saturday. Everyone at the clinic was very kind and I had such a positive experience. Extremely grateful to my hair stylist who was studying here in London and her attention to detail.

Have done my manicure today, shellac, the service was very good but product started to wipe off 2 hours later. Definitely something wrong with products.Now have to take it off this evening, such a headache!The only reason I give two stars is because the therapist was really nice.Really wanted a place nearby to get my manicure done on regular basis, but…….
