I highly recommend this company. The staff have brilliant customer service skills. I’ve had 4 skips from them so far. They deliver and collect on time. They cover Holyhead and all of Anglesey.

Absolutely shocking customer service, no mention of a 14 day time schedule for the skip. Then the cheek of some fantasy contract with no documentation or signature from me. No invoice for payment made and a absolute horror from the office talking to you like dirt. Had 4 skips in the last year from them and will never ever deal with them again. Shocking avoid at all costs

Atrocious customer service, very rude. Trying to get them to collect the skip and getting nowhere, been sitting on my drive for 9 days passed the agreed collection date, they’ve had the money so they don’t care, will not use them again

Very impressed. Despite tight access Tom the driver was able to deliver the skip exactly where I wanted it. An impressive bit of driving.

excellent customer service, very reasonable prices, arrived on time, and picked up on time. How Matty the driver fitted skip into such a small opening, I'll never know, really lovely lad to chat to as well. All round excellent service, would highly recommend this company. DH

Excellent service from the initial ordering to delivery a few hours later . Paperwork ect arrived via email. The driver was friendly and placed the skip exactly where I wanted it . Once filled the arrangement to collect couldn’t be simpler.Excellent company. Would recommend and will use again .

6yard skip hire.Absolutely first class service from this firm from start to finish.It's common knowledge that the general public tend to take good service for granted and therefore reviews are often very much out of context to the percentage of services carried out, I.e; you will ordinarily see many more poor reviews opposed good ones (even though in reality, the service generally is far, far better than portrayed).I must drop some names here; both of the girls in the office who I had the pleasure of dealing with, Tanya and Jen, were incredibly professional, efficient, polite and on the ball.The skip drop itself was quite a tricky one, Tanya did a little research just to make sure that the logistics of placing the skip would be possible.Arrived on site early the next morning, as promised. I didn't get the drivers name (perhaps it can be added by you?), he'd only been with this firm for three months but it was clear that he was extremely skilled in his work.The reverse run into the drop was an extremely tight bend and also needed to maneuver the skip under a low cable which was clearly hindering.The collection was super efficient too, true to their word, it was collected on time with no fuss.Nigel, the collecting driver, obviously had the same issues with the pick-up, but again, skillfully executed. Neither driver moaned or complained about how tricky it had been, both very decent guys.I did offer Nigel a £5 tip in appreciation, which he politely refused.The whole experience was a delight, both of the lorries were extremely well turned out and modern too.Skip wasn't the usual beaten up crate that you'd usually get from these skip guys, their plant all seems to be up to spec'.All in all a great experience and will be using again when I'm up from Essex to carry out more work on the place.Keep up the good work guys, hopefully people will offer reviews on their positive experiences with you in the future and not just accept that it should be the norm without some kind of recognition.Thanks again.Mark.

Done some transport work for the company and can't say a bad word. From the bottom to the top all round Nice people. From being loaded to out the door process is swift and easy . Had a few mishaps on the road and these guys and girls helped me and the company I work for out straight away. So grateful for there help . Was overtaken by their lorry speeding in a 50mpg area. Dumped building rubble all over my car causing £600 of damage.Didn’t stopped when I pulled beside him to alert him.Phoned office numerous times to be told the operations director & managing director would get back to me. Never did. Numerous emails with the same result.Not professional. A month later I’m having to report the matter to the police!!! All avoidable.
