Dry Eye Centre

A truly great place. I had and still do have ocular Rosacea following eyelid surgery. It took time but I went from being seriously ill in January 2022 to having my life back by the end of the year. Thanks to Minakshi Jain and her team. Everyone in the team is very warm and friendly, their technology, latest IPL machine included and passion for dry eye makes them for me one of the only places equipped to actually help someone with seriously bad dry eye. I imagine I will be seeing much more of Minakshi and her team in the future, I’m thankful of their care and will continue to battle this condition with them. Some of the simple things I was told on how to approach this condition have changed my life.

I would definitely recommend this centre to anyone suffering with chronic dry eye. I came to this clinic after suffering from severe dry eye, restricting my ability to live a normal life. I've been coming to the clinic for a year now and have been under the care of the lovely Dr Minakshi Jain. Minakshi has been excellent, I have been looked after, properly diagnosed and put on a treatment plan which includes IPL, which has significantly improved my condition to the point I am living a near normal life.I am very grateful and am so glad I came to the Dry Eye Centre!

I went to see Tanya last week for an assessment after speaking with Jo-Anna over email. I have been experiencing dry eye and the standard application of heat compresses wasn't working very well.Tanya carried out a lot of different tests and thoroughly explained everything to me whilst doing so. She was able to provide significantly more detail on the issue than I already had - identifying specific causes of the evaporative dry eye - and suggested things that may help with it going forward. I am only a few days following the appointment currently but my eyes feel more comfortable than they were before from following her suggestions. The vision fluctuations I have been experiencing have since very slightly improved, so it gives me a bit of hope of an eventual resolution or at least being able to manage it. I know it's early days so I wasn't expecting anything, even very minor changes so soon.Thank you Tanya and Jo-Anna!

Minakshi and the team at the Dry Eye Centre were brilliant from my first appointment. Having suffered from severe dry eye and burning for three years and multiple failed treatment efforts, I thought I was a no hoper, but after a year of IPL and Minakshi's treatment regime I now have my life back with little to no symptoms. Minakshi's reassuring and positive care was an essential part of the process and kept up morale during a tough time. I cannot recommend her enough for people with a similar condition.

Excellent quality of care from Minakshi and Jo Anna- could not recommend this clinic enough!! Minakshi is extremely knowledgeable and efficient with great communication between appointments by Jo Anna. I appreciate that improving and controlling dry eye is a process and I’m already starting to see results whilst feeling I’m definitely in the right hands.

Minakshi helped bring my eyes back from the brink of uselessness. I was so worried about how much dry eye was affecting my life a year ago and now I hardly ever think about it. Absolute miracle worker!

I would highly recommend this centre to anyone suffering with chronic dry eye symptoms. My symptoms started in September last year and quickly went from bad to unbearable! I was misdiagnosed by an ophthalmologist who said I had blepharitis and put me on antibiotics and steroids. This did not help me in the slightest as the drugs were not addressing the route causes of my dry eye symptoms. I’m so so grateful that I visited this clinic. I have been under the care of Minakshi and Mamta and they have been a dream. I was properly diagnosed and I have been visiting every month for the past 6 months or so. I cannot express my gratitude enough to the team as my symptoms have improved drastically with my new routine and the treatments I have been given. I was in a completely depressed state at the beginning of the year and I am now feeling myself again for the first time in a really long time.

Minakshi is always welcoming and professional. The Dry Centre have been a saviour for me because of my Glaucoma. I am very lucky to have found them and Minakshi. I will always recommend you (and I have done) to friends. Thank you!

I am exceptionally grateful to Minakshi for their profound understanding of my severe dry eyes and meibomian gland dysfunction. Their continuous treatment and support have started to provide relief, and I look forward to moving forward with confidence in managing my condition.

My eye was diagnosed with a meibomian gland dysfunction and had a severe dry eye. The ophthalmologist Mamta has given me IPL treatment for nearly two years. After the long term treatment, the problem of MGD is getting better, no styes found, no swollen eyes and I don't need to take any antibiotics. I can finally see things very clearly now, it just feels normal. Mamta is very professional, caring and patient. She is always happy to listen and give me advice regarding my eye problems. Also the clinic staff are very nice and friendly especially Jo-Anna who is very helpful. So I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has dry eye problems.
