Irinel, was fantastic from start to finish. He answered all of my questions (and there was quite a lot) very quickly with patience and his professional nature.Nothing was too much trouble for him. He is kind, friendly approachable and true to his word. He made the transaction smooth and stress-free. I would recommend him and Jack to any of my friends and family. Nottingham is my local Audi dealership, yet I still choose to deal with Jack and his team, they are fantastic and more importantly a good laugh with a great sense of humour.

I wish I could sing his praises louder for the world to hear because he did absolutely everything in his power to help me find the right car and made me feel so comfortable when I was unsure. He too understood my anxiety with choosing a new car and couldn’t have been more helpful if he tried. These 2 are truly brilliant at their jobs and as people. Had a great experience here when servicing my TT. Service staff were extremely accommodating and made sure I got a lift to work after dropping the car off. The service team then delivered the car to my office once all the work had been completed.Would highly recommend using the service centre here!
