Park's Ford Transit Centre Perth

We have bought all our company vehicles from Parks in Perth and always had great service and aftersales care from Gordon and the team.

Pre-sales service was excellent. Our sales advisor allowed us to test drive the new Ford Ranger and was knowledgeable with all aspects of our enquiry including optional extras and finance options. Unfortunately, we were disappointed when our new Ranger arrived covered in internal scratch marks and lacking a sliding rear canopy window. The sales advisor was clearly embarrassed by this and arranged to get this fixed. The Ranger was returned a week later in better condition but still with visible marks and no sliding rear window. According to the sales team there was no one available in service to discuss our concerns and four weeks later this has still not been resolved. Overall pre-sales excellent; post sales abysmal.

Visited to have a look at a specific type of vehicle, didn't have one, said they would contact me if one became available.True to their word, recieved a phone call informing me one had arrived.Now the proud owner of a pre used Ranger.Thanks Nick, excellent service.

phoned several times over a 5 day period with promises to phone back never returned calls if they cant find a van suitable just say so its that easy

Friendly sales staff not pushy like other places I've been to. Helpful and knowledgeable about cars.
