I cannot thank Highland Mobile enough! My phone was repaired and as good as new within one hour, the total cost was £71 less than I was quoted elsewhere and two new phone cases were very kindly included in the price when I had trouble deciding which one to buy. Friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

My screen was damaged and the friendly employee in the shop changed it quickly.However, I saw within hours that the screen would regularly freeze. I simply have to Lock Screen and open to unfreeze it so I didn’t complain.Then just a few days later it got a hair crack on the side. Now, just three weeks later the whole front is cracked. I took it back to the shop. When I tried to explain to a bearded man - who I think is the owner - he stared through me and repeated that I had dropped my phone. I told him I hadn’t . I wasn’t given any chance to explain any further, he repeatedly told me the many ways I had dropped my phone.I may have placed my phone down more sharply than advisable but if I had known just how acutely brittle my new screen was I would have treated it with extreme care. After three weeks it looks worse than it ever has in its 3 year’s life.However, all this does not explain the faulty screen or the first few hairline cracks. The owner only followed up by telling me that it wasn’t under warranty and illustrated his stance by telling me of a lady who dropped her phone five minutes after having the screen replaced. As if this was a a useful piece of information for me.

Replaced the cracked camera lens on my iPhone for a very reasonable price. When I had a problem they fixed it free of charge. Friendly service, staff communicated well.

Managed to fix my phone despite 2 others claiming it was a write-off, very generously priced expert service. A man who truly knows his craft running such an honest business. Thank you for your help!!

These guys have been fantastic on the three times I've needed help with my phone. Super knowledgeable, very reasonable prices and they come across as really sound people. Also the work gets done same day and really quick if they have the parts in store. I've never written a review for anything before but saw a couple of bad ones on here and wanted to put the record straight. Had nothing but great experiences and left a happy customer every time. Brilliant experience, took my phone in as it had frozen on start-up screen and soft reset wouldn't work, the fault was diagnosed and fixed very efficiently and furthermore wasn't fed a load of sales speel to get you to spend more than was needed, very honest friendly service , would definitely recommend. Excellent!!!
