Natasha absolutely transformed my hair ,she perfectly matched my grey tones, cut it beautifully and most importantly listened to what I wanted. I often like to be quiet and listen to a podcast and Natasha was professional, polite,made conversation when I engaged her ,otherwise let me be, without it being awkward, I have lots of wavy ,unruly hair with coarse grey strands. ,Natasha turned it into a silver mane. Already booked for next time and I'll be recommending her to all my friends.

Absolutely lovely therapists, staff and wonderful atmosphere. I returned today for a pedicure after having my hair cut a couple of weeks ago. Can't wait to go back in fact already booked in for next treatment. Excited! Thanks Girls! Keep up the Magic!

I don't like being so negative because the customer service was lovely and they even repaired one of the broken nails a few days after it came off for free!... but its now 6 days after a full set of acrylic and only 2 nails are left. No damage to my nails either its like the acrylic never bonded. I'd have been better off with press ons. Very unfortunate and won't be back.

I never leave negative reviews but me and my mum have been going to this salon for over a year now (very frequently) and today I experienced the worst customer service I think I ever have, I called the salon up to let them know I was estimated to be 10/15 minutes late as there was a crash on my way & traffic everywhere - they said it was fine and I would have a call back with any issues, when I didn't receive a call back I thought everything would be ok, once I arrived to the salon I was turned away as they didn't have time for me" even though I had an 1hr 15 minute time slot on Fresha (the booking app they use). I soon found out my appointment time has been edited to 30 minutes and I had only 15 minutes left of my appointment

I love everything about this salon! The nails are extraordinary! The hair is perfect with experts in different areas including curls! Staff are all super friendly and they seem to have everything all under one roof!!

I have my hair done by Natasha and she always does a fantastic job. I had my hair dyed 2 weeks before my wedding and she did the best job, it was the exact colour I had in my head. Natasha also did my bridal hair and it could not have been anymore perfect. She also did 4 bridesmaids and 2 flower girls which all look great.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We made two appointments for a prom package and trial. We did not have a good experience at the trial and cancelled the prom day booking using the app. We noticed that only the hair was showing on the app and called to confirm the cancellation. I was told if it wasnt on the app it wasnt booked and i was glad we were not going there anymore. However, it appears there are problems with the app or the way the booking was made by Rose Garden staff (we were told at the time of booking she was not usually on reception and to call back to check it was done properly, which we did), because today i received an automated reminder for the booking. I called and explained the problems we had had both with the booking and with the service and that we had cancelled everything on the app and confirmed by phone. The manager Samantha was extremely rude, interupting and arguing every issue with aggression. No apology at all for the bad service, booking issues etc and i was basically called a liar. It was all my fault they booked the package incorrectly and my fault it hadnt cancelled. I asked for the formal complaints proceedure and was refused. They are charging me £15 for late cancellation as that is out of the managers control and no one else i can speak to. The phone was then put down with a sing song 'thank you for calling'. Sadly that only leaves the option of a review to address the awfull service and rude aggressive manager.

They blocked me on the booking system due to me rebooking frequently. I have always given plenty of notice, I am talking weeks in advance. Why have an option to reschedule if you hold it against the customer? I have poured in lots of money into this place with hair, aesthetics and nails. I have advised them that I have life commitments and sometimes things get in the way. I got a very rude message off Becky the brow girl, and the social media manager. Don't waste your time here I feel very disappointed with your salon.

Unreliable. This is the 2nd time my appointment has been cancelled on the day. Really wouldn’t recommend. If a customer was to cancel on the day they would be charged full price so they shouldn’t do it themselves. The women wasn’t even apologetic. Luckily managed to get in at Studio Amour who were amazing!!
