Blacksmiths Arms Coniston
It’s hard to find a pub restaurant that consistently serves great tasting food, but this place is something else, tried quite a few things from the menu and never been disappointed. The fillet steak and rump steaks are up there with the best I’ve ever had and the chefs homemade raspberry cheesecake is absolutely fantastic. The staff are great too and it’s very nice inside too.Looking forward to the next visit.

Always fantastic & delicious food. Lovely atmosphere & surroundings. Just on the evening we were here last we had to wait a while for our order to be taken but otherwise cannot really fault this lovely pub, always thoroughly enjoyable.

I can’t recommend Blacksmiths enough, the menu is great, lots of choice. Great for small and large groups. Really friendly staff too. Lots of gluten fee options and great for family events. Proper quality food and drink!

The blacksmiths Arms is a large post war estate style former hull brewery pub. It's nice to see the original Hull Brewery stone work over the entrance has survived. Over the years it has been extended and modernized. It now has a very smart interior aimed at the food trade. The food here is very good. I have had some lovely meals here in the past. A reasonable choice of beers and lagers but no cask conditioned real ale in the main lounge bar, I did not go in the other bar. Friendly staff a very popular pub. Plenty of outside seating and a large car park.

Booked for a table of 10Excellent customer service, warm friendly atmosphere. Great food and drinks. I ordered the Greek salad with flat bread and it was spot on, highly recommend.

Visited a couple of times, the food has been a good standard on each occasion. Definitely recommend booking in advance. One thing to note is they deliver the bill to your table, but you pay at the counter.

First visit to blacksmith arms and was not disappointed lovely food , friendly polite staff and good value for what you get . Highly recommend. Starters we had halloumi fries and calamari and for main was lasagne and Philly steak flatbread
