Eden and Robyn play a joyful eclectic mix of music which adds to an all ready friendly community feel to the cafe.Eden is very informed about coffee and will happily grind your newly purchased coffee beans while making you a coffee.Whilst my usual is a flat white, the iced lattes are also very good.The cinnamon cruffins are so delicious you’ll want to eat them over the kitchen sink in secret!Baby / toddler / child and dog friendly.The accessible toilet is also always very clean. While the sitting area is limited, you always feel welcome whether it’s to catch up with friends, drink a coffee with your baby or sit with your laptop.

Thank so much to Eden for making a really rubbish morning great.We’ve all been there when we wake up and think what else can do wrong.Popped in for a coffee and I was greeted with Eden who honestly couldn’t have been nicer.Was just a really genuine person, made my coffee with such speed while tending to others in the shop. Had a bit of chat chat and just with this small bit of interaction changes my mood totally.Such an asset to your company and the community that manager Robyn and Eden have cultivated in Cathcart!Apologies it’s taken so long to post been away on holiday.

Would give this venue 5 stars generally - coffee is SENSATIONAL & fab service- but had a really awkward coffee here today with a friend. There was a manager in (never seen before?) talking really loudly about money with the staff member. Had a really condescending vibe. Me and my friend literally sat in silence for the whole encounter because it was awkward to be in the room. Definitely think management should consider having these kinds of conversations in private or when the shop is shut.At least the lattes were 5 stars!

I had a really poor service. The girl with the brown curly hair was really rude to me - there was a couple of items missing from my order and it felt as if it was an issue when I asked about them.Maybe if the girl was serving me spent less time eating over customers food and drinks, speaking to friends in the shop and repeating the order back to the customer less mistakes would be made.

Fantastic coffee and cakes. Customer service absolutely top notch , particularly from Fergie. He's always friendly, chatty and even remembers coffee orders. That makes such a difference in a local business and is certainly one of the reasons we keep going back.

Lovely coffee accompanied the tastiest carrot cake I've had in a long time. The topping was really unusual and a friendly member of staff was only to happy to explain how it was made. Hope to make a return visit soon.
