I needed two replacement remote handsets, for a TV and video.Instead of selling me a generic, sort-it-yourself unit, they researched carefully and supplied me with one secondhand unit in perfect condition, and one that was a clone of the original.This is the sort of service that means I'll be back next time I need anything electrical, because the integrity and expertise they gave me is priceless. Big retailers can't and don't compete.

I've used these guys twice over the last few years, purchasing a Tumble Dryer, Hob, Extractor Unit & Dishwasher. Always really friendly, with great customer service. The price was super competitive and delivery was flexible so they fitted in around my work schedule.

Purchased new TV (same price as Curry's etc. so wanted to support local business), wall mounted a TV in another room and removed years of redundant sky cabling. Excellent service and highly recommended.

WHEN IT COMES TO T.V. REPAIRS, THE ENGINEERS AT NORMAN DAVIES ARE SUPERB. THE PROBLEM WAS VERY QUICKLY DIAGNOSED, ESTIMATE PROVIDED AND IN A FEW DAYS MY T.V. WAS BACK HOME WORKING BETTER THAN EVER, AMAZING PICTURE QUALITY AND COLOURS WITH OUTSTANDING DEFINITION.A QUALITY REPAIR AT A FRACTION OF THE PRICE FOR A NEW T.V.WELL DONE EVERYONE AT NORMAN DAVIES AND THANK YOU SO MUCH,REGARDS,TREVOR HAYWARD.

I'm disabled & live on my own so the tv is so important to me & i love my snooker & it was on.so when my 65 tv ad a problem & thay said thay would have to take it away i was gutted so expecting a small 1 to be loaned to me thay turned up with a 65" 1 i was pleased as punch so i didnt have to watch it on a small 1 with binoculars lol can't fault them for service thank you so much 10 out of 10"

We bought TV into shop ,four days later we had a call to say it was repaired ,and we can say that they carried out an excellent service ,you hear so many bad reports of cowboy repair shops ,but not in this case ,I will definitely recommend Norman Davies TV &video Ltd to all of my friends ,good luck for the future" from Mr Mrs Westwood Brinsford"
