Great service at the small vet set up, dealt with our dogs vaccination and check up very well. Shop looked full of products, clean and tidy. Staff all very friendly.

Very good choices of natural treats and food for dogs. My dog came with me and he definitely loved the friendly staff and fuss and closing his treat to go home with. We will be returning for sure!

Utterly disgraceful!I was interested in having a look at this new pet store and i wish i had not bothered.Mostly had dog items in there and i was horrified when i went down the live insect isle . there is shelves of live insects, crickets, worms and god knows what else, the crickets had hardly no air holes in their container and were all on top of each other, they were trying to jump but they couldn’t, surely live stock wouldn’t be sold in this state, some of the crickets were even dead! This is not acceptable.

There is a good product range and I can get most of my needs for my dog here especially his wet food that has limited suppliers locally.I have arranged a click and collect to pick up a fortnightly supply which was initially set up by Jay and Caroline has managed this several times now and is very efficient in doing so and with friendly demeanour.

Lovely bright building with plenty of choice for both cats and dogs who are welcomed to come in. I was not aware of other animal products. Great helpful staff and very reasonably priced unlike Pets at home.

So much choice for dogs! Nice choice of natural and healthy treats. The store is always clean and the staff are so very helpful and knowledgable. My little pup loves visiting and the attention she gets!

Jollyes - The Pet People Poole
We ordered dog food online a week ago. We have moved, added our new address, Jollyes system diverted back to our old address. We have phoned a few times to re-divert and trace the delivery and have not been successful. I have been round to our old address twice everyday this week and asked both neighbours to look out for the food. Sadly no dog food nor returned calls from Jolleys.

The product range is very good for the most popular pets (dogs, cats) - it doesn’t claim to be a ‘specialist’ store for more obscure animals, but is excellent for the essentials and much more. The ranges of food and toys are particularly strong. The staff are enthusiastic, knowledgeable and happy to help. The store is well organised and inviting, with treats and water available for canine visitors. Jollyes also offers a worthwhile loyalty programme. Well worth a visit if you’ve not yet been.

Very friendly staff in the shop recently. She very kindly helped me make 2 name tags using their machine, really nice results. I enjoy shopping here.
