Chapel Lane Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite

Nice caravan site minutes off the M42 south of Birmingham. Lovely staff. Only one toilet block open for some reason even though there were quite a lot of caravans and motor homes. We asked to stay on after the usual time of 12 noon departure till 3pm and they said it was fine. Would definitely stay again but park nearer the toilet/shower block next time.

Brilliant site, very clean with lovely amenities. Loved the little no-mow zones and bug hotels in the walking areas. Overall impressed

Arrived 15 minutes early and waited outside untill 1pm. Was spoken to very rudely when I walked into reception at 1pm , stayed here many times but never been spoken to like that , I'm still in shock he spoke to me that way to be hinest ! Will not stay here again !!!!!! female staff are always very friendly I'd like to ad !!!!

Tired old site, really suprised how tatty sites looks over the far side needs the caravan storage area.. i feel the site needs investment & improvement.

A mile or so from the M42 so very easy to get to. Site staff very welcoming and friendly. Due to heavy rain, some of the pitches were under water. Facilities all very clean. Otherwise pretty much club standard. Great location for trips into Birmingham and the surrounding area.

Staff was brilliant very helpful the campsite was spotless good showers and tea me stay for 2 hrs passed my leaving time very good team keep up the good work

A convenient site for visiting Birmingham (in our case visiting our kids at uni over the years and still) unless you want to visit after 4th November 2023 as Caravan club in its infinite wisdom have decided that it will close for winter although seasonal pitch folk will still be living here. It has always been a all year open site which we used all the time.... So quite cross as I wanted to extend a 3 day stay by 2 days and was only allowed to get one extra day durme to them closing on the 4th. Been a member for 26 years and never had occasion to say a bad word about the club until now. I shall be writing to the club to ask why they have chosen to close the sure to members yet allow seasonal pitch holders use of site. The wardens will still be here anyway

Very convenient just off the main road. Right next to a bus mile float museum.

A good location with clean toilet and shower block. Helpful staff. The pitches were generous but the site needs some TLC as it looks tired and needs sprucing up.
