Just had a mouthpiece restored that is something of a family heirloom - used by my father through the 60s/70s/80s, then me ever since. Thanks to McQueens, the mouthpiece looks and feels brand new. I wouldn't have ever imagined it could look this good. I am really impressed and very pleased.If you are a Type A personality, their relaxed attitude toward email communication (I live in Southern England and posted the mouthpiece rather than going to the shop in person) will induce a teency bit of stress but then you'll see the quality of their work and you really won't care.

Really helpful staff. Took my sons guitar in there to be repaired, and even though they don't do repairs on guitar the guy still had a look at it for me. Nice friendly place.

First rate service. Used several times over the years for fixing broken bracing, mouthpiece replating, dent removal, and general servicing of brass instruments. Prices are good, turnaround time is pretty fast, and workmanship is excellent.
