The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan with Elli Gloucester

Elli is very knowledgeable about the products and offers a very friendly and supportive approach to weight loss and explained the plans thoroughly to me. I have tried various diets before but was so pleased with my results with this one and being able to maintain my weight loss through the pandemic has been a huge bonus. I am so pleased to have met Elli and with the results I have had.

Been on the plan now for 4 weeks with Elli. Elli has been a great deal of support during that time and always on hand to answer any questions or make suggestions as I have needed. The consultations with Elli are also great as you get more tips and ideas and support to keep you on track. The plan and support has been great for me so far and having flexible appointment times and days is really useful for me. And also based in central Gloucester. Elli is really dedicated to help you lose weight and I find her so kind and supportive. The one to one, friendly encouragement that she offers really makes a difference. I like the fact that her opening hours are so flexible as this really helps with work/family. I would definitely recommend the 1:1 diet and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elli.When I started the 1:1 plan in October 2019 I was a shade under 20st. A little over 3 months later (January 2020), I have now lost 3st 1lbs (43lbs) with Elli's support - This is about half-way to where I want to get to and a very pleasing result.I've found the products to be rather tasty - Particular favourites of mine are the Cappucino shakes, Peanut Crunch and Chewy Toffee bars and the Vegetable Soup with Croutons.I have found Elli to be friendly, professional, supportive and approachable at all times. Over the Christmas and New Year period, I was partially off-plan (by design) and whilst Elli knew that this would be the case, I still gained 2.5lbs (which I have since lost) - Crucially, I have found Elli to be both supportive and non-judgemental in this situation - which is very important.Elli is flexible on appointments offering evening and weekend appointments which is very useful for me given my working pattern.Elli stocks the full range of products and also accepts cards.Looking forwards to continuing working with Elli to lose the next 3st!Thanks for everything so far Elli.
