Terrible company to deal with, they ignored all correspondence until I engaged eBay to cancel my order when it was over a week late.They the solution for me to just wait for del’y, when it arrived it had a customs label & it was totally wrong item, two simple brackets instead of freezer door hinge.*******Stay well away *******

This seller sells goods on ebay that do not match the title and are obviously not as described. He then deducts postage from you. I am now reporting him to Trading Standards under the Distance Selling Act. I will keep you all updated.

Terrible company - notified trading standards - paid for next day delivery - took 4 days to get it - no response re refund of postage - trading standards said they are already investigating due to number of complaints - BEWARE

Ordered replacement battery for cordless hoover on Amazon. Battery lasted for just 10 mins before draining. Failed to recharge up.Returned item and went on 10 days holiday. Came back to find refund hasnt been paid!!!Checked company info on Google reviews and was shocked by other customer experiences. How AMAZON allows them to trade on their platform is beyond unbelievable.Steer clear of them!!!

Twice I have ordered filters for my extractor fan in the kitchen and twice I have been sent something that is completely different to their description/picture. One was through Amazon and the other through eBay. I'm not sure how they're getting away with false advertising! Avoid using them if I were you and buy from someone else more trustworthy.

2 companies with same name - one in cheshire and one in hampshire. The cheshire one sells on ebay and mis-sold an item then argued with me so had to get ebay to find in my favour in a case, have lodged a complaint for ebay to look into about seller more generally.
