Great location, good sized clean room with everything we needed. Good view too and appreciated the giant Cadburys chocolate bar on our bed when we arrived!Friendly, helpful staff who do their utmost to make your stay comfortable. We had the full English and continental breakfast each morning and every time it was delicious and full of choice.

Comfortable and clean room. Fantastic location, a short walk from the Swansea Indoor market and other shopping. Convenient checkout - just drop your keys in a box at reception. Would definitely stay again if visiting Swansea.

Premier Inn Swansea City Centre hotel offers an extremely friendly staff. The rooms are consistently clean, and the showers are great. If you're especially sensitive to noise, it might be better to request a room away from Wind St, where nightlife can get busy and intense. Each room comes with a kettle for tea and coffee, as well as basic shampoo/body wash amenities.

Stayed for five nights. I also live in Swansea so am familiar with the area. The location is excellent for nightlife and access to tourist attractions and the city centre. Everything is within walking distance. The train station is not too far of a walk but you would want to get a taxi if you had luggage. The bus station feels a little closer. Both are relatively flat walks. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Both reception and cleaning staff were all very helpful. We were advised if we wanted someone to come and change the sheets and provide new towels in the morning we would need to request this at reception. I found this to be more convenient as we like to lay-in in the mornings so it was nice to not be disturbed. On the days where we did have the sheets changed, the bathroom was also cleaned. Cannot fault the cleanliness. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. I'm so glad you can actually buy the bedding as I know where I'll be getting my next bed from!Although the hotel is right at the heart of the nightlife, we were never disturbed by the noise. We had a roadside room and there was an extra layer of glazing to prevent this. There was occasional noise in the corridors with people returning from their nights out.I was unable to get the air conditioning unit to reach a high enough temperature, but it soon warmed up anyway so didn't feel the need to mention it at reception. We parked in the NCP which is joined on to the hotel for one of the nights (£13.95 for 4+ hours, but was advised this is cheaper if you download the NCP app), but used The Strand and St David's car parks the other nights as they were only £5 for 24 hours and were not too far of a walk. I have a disability which means I can't walk too far and these were about manageable and mostly flat.I'm looking forward to my next stay at a Premier Inn because I had the best sleep I've had in years!

We stayed for two nights and the first night everything went perfectly. Second day the hotel was probably fully booked and there was noise coming from neighbouring rooms until like 4 am. To top that off the fire alarm in our room went off multiple times (for no reason). We notified the staff about the fire alarm but they weren't at all bothered and told it is just a problem they have. Based on the second night I would've given 1 star but without the noises it would've been fine so I guess it's up to one's luck how the stay goes...

Placed very centrally. Close to the train station and Swansea University. Walking distance. as in very very close, to many restaurants and bars/clubs. Nearby, as in 5 mins walk, to Parc Tawe which had a zoo, Denny’s Restaurant, B&M and a few other bits. Rooms are very large for a Premier Inn style hotel. No extras provided in the room apart from soap dispensers and shower gel dispensers. Not sure what this building was originally but it is really nice. You might have quite a long walk to your room as the shape of the hotel is a crescent shape. Quite a quiet hotel, I didn’t hear any noise from the bars/clubs.

I stayed here for 2 nights on a Saturday and Sunday and it was amazing. The rooms were clean, the staff on reception were friendly and it was surprisingly quite considering it was on Wind street. Would definitely stay here again!

Firstly, great location for the city centre - you are right there! Rooms are what you expect from a Premier Inn - clean, quiet, air conditioned and well insulated from outside noise. Hotel is right next to an NCP which seemed quite safe to leave the car overnight, but at £13.95 a night not the cheapest. The hotel has a nice cozy restaurant and bar on first floor, but I didn't eat there in the evening due to all the other options around Swansea. Breakfast was typical Premier Inn - hot food was buffet on day 1 but cooked (very quickly) to order on day 2. I slept well the first night but the second night was disrupted by the chaotic group of individuals in the room next door and further down. Staff tried to sort them out but to no avail as they were playing loud music, arguing in the corridors, running up and down all night and generally behaving like the selfish, inconsiderate indivduals they were. Would have been better if they'd just been ejected but that would have probably taken the police to sort.

Ideal location for the centre of the city and visits to the water front museum and LC2.Easy walk from the train station. Can't fault the breakfast and service from all the staff. The only downside is the limited evening restaurant menu. A choice of 3 starters, 5 main courses and 3 deserts is a bit limiting if you are a business traveller staying for a few days on an all inclusive arrangement.

First time staying at Premier Inn as I was made to believe it is considered to be better compared to other competitive franchised hotel chain. I was completely disappointed. Was asked £10 for early check in as I arrived 35minutes early than the 3pm check in time. The front counter was not friendly at all but in fact, argumentative and raised voice unnecessarily. Only one pillow was given which was too flat, but later found additional pillow stored in the top cabinet on my second night which helped. Only one towel given to share between two people. No plug for shaver in the bathroom, no heated towel rails. Room service only comes with request via reception only, not simply with the tag on the door like most hotels have. I could go on but I was not impressed at all, and I'm not expecting high class, just some basic stuffs all hotels would usually provide.Oh and the WiFi is almost non-existant, feels like it was deliberate so that you would purchase their ultimate WiFi package which is an add on.
