Chimichanga - Chester

We sat in a small area outside on a hot day, nice if you can get a free table.The menu is a little limited but there was something for everyone.The food was served fast was hot and we all enjoyed what we picked, they even made one of the children an extra helping and he's normally a very picky eater.Only lost a star due to the prices being more what I would expect in London, the drinks are expensive, they do take Tesco vouchers though.

Pretty decent food, typical if a chain of this sort. Was concerned to see one of the staff serving food to a relative/friend and then writing off the payment. Highlighting theft by the staff, but unnoticed by management....!!

Really delicious food. The service was great. A little bit expensive but worth it I guess. The serving plates were old fashioned and made the food look dull. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I can understand some of the comments about prices and decor but on the whole I don't agree. Chimichanga is the same wherever you go. Standard menu and drinks. Its not a million miles away from Chiquitos.There was an error in the kitchen but the waitress made good so we were happy. Nice food and nice restaurant - Hence 4 stars

Birthday celebration (disaster)2 hours before food arrived,£20 rare steak looked like a well done COLD burger,6 out of 9 meals were cold,No prawns in the paella,Replacement meals still coldComplimentary cocktails came with free flies!! Arrived at 7pm didn't leave until 10pm still hungry and with very upset children.....wish somebody had warned us

Good food. Good service. Good atmosphere. Just a little bit expensive for what it was.

Friendly staff greeted us when we walked through the door, and gave us a choice of available tables. The restaurant wasn't very busy so we were tended to quickly, and our food arrived in good time. We ordered the nachos to start and I reckon they're the best nachos I've ever had! The individual plates were useful for shovelling nice little portions to eat on. I ordered a vegetarian chimichanga and my dad ordered a paella, he really enjoyed his but I found mine lacking any intense flavours, and I expected it to be spicier. The first bite was lovely, but after that the meal was just that. It only loses one star for that, as our bill was nice and low due our Tesco Clubcard vouchers, so I'm really glad they are in that scheme. I definitely want to come back to try another of their vegetarian options (they have a nice wide choice), and my dad wants to come back too! Everything went so smoothly we got back to the centre in time to see the fantastic Chester Winter Watch. Also kudos for the comic book art (obviously heavily Deadpool related) on feature walls. A great place for a casual Mexican meal.

Sangria didn't have much wine in it. The food was fine but I expected something better. It's nicely decorated but I won't go there again for food or drinks

Not bad food, the service wasn't the best but not too expensive.
