Amazing hospital! We went here twice already because for my daughters allergy test. The first time was just the skin test and the Doctor explained thoroughly the next test to be done. The second time was for asupervised feeding for Shrimp. The place was well kept and clean. And the nurses are amazing. We spent around more than 3 hours since my daughter had to be monitored for any reaction. We were looked after really well and the nurses explained every single thing especially how to use a epipen. Will be coming back to do other tests.

OUTSTANDING CARE!!!The Mountain ward nurse in charge was not made aware by the transferring that we on the way, so she made their poor planning clear and clicked her fingers, in which three nurses cleansed the bay and made the bed in about 60 seconds. The nurses introduced themselves and communicated well placing my daughter the patient first in terms of the conversations and treatment. We were then seen by the consultant within less then 5 minutes.A clear treatment plan including surgery, was established and this was discussed every step of the way with me and my better half. The nursing staff, surgeons and Doctors were so positive, caring, attentive to my daughter and us as parents. On the operation day the nurse in charge sent the school up to offer colouring, reading to distract my daughter from her anxieties around the operation - absalute example of OUTSTANDING CARE".I have been here now for 7 days and I now have my daughter back. This hospital are leading by far in pediatric medical care. Every multidisciplinary team decision made was the right one and they saved my daughter.I work in the health and social care profession and don't compliment lightly. Alot could be leant from the teams at this hospital and ward.A huge thank you for everything !!!"

My son was transferred here from our local hospital at 3 weeks when he was in heart failure, they found he had quite a big hole in his heart which was a shock as it wasn’t found in any scans I had. The staff were all so lovely and caring, they not only looked after my son, they looked after me and his dad emotionally and sorted a room at ronald mcdonald house for us. The surgeon was great and my son is now a happy 8 month old

Outstanding. My son was seen here by the feeding disorder team. The professionals were by far the most knowledgeable that I’ve ever experienced. They actively listened and we were able to formulate a plan of support that really worked for my son. Easy to contact after the appointment and gave me a lot of helpful advice. They also called the school and visited my son there on another occasion to observe and offer strategies to support.Parking is tricky, so go by train and walk over Westminster Bridge.

Lovely children's hospital. The set up is great for kids and the staff are really friendly and genuinely caring and obviously great with kids. There is also a decent parents room with free tea, coffee, milk and fridge/freezer and microwave.Only negative was that although the building looks amazing, because it is glass it does get very hot (children's ward's are notoriously hot but it was very hot, dread to think what it's like in the summer)!Location is good for trains as it's a 5 minute walk to waterloo east station and a 10 minute can ride to London Victoria train station.

Thankfully my boy was discharged yesterday. He is starting to feel much better thanks to the amazing staff at Evelina St Thomas’ Children’s Hospital. Words cannot express the gratitude and sheer awe I feel for the angels who nursed him over the last few days. There is no pay rise high enough that could reflect the recognition they deserve but enough to live on would be a good start. I will never forget their compassion and dedication. Thank you xxx

No one wants to have to go to the hospital with their baby but Evelina made the experience as easy at possible. I accompanied my 14 month old granddaughter for an EEG scan and was impressed with how they have made the hospital feel welcoming. The lady doing the scan was caring, understanding and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Always been a fantastic children's hospital wonderful staff helped us stay carm and happy throughout my son's 2 major operations and due to my own disabilities even let me sleep in a spare bed rather than the pull out ones there for parents. Several parent rooms to sit and relax great age appropriate play areas for all children even have a cinema totally carm experience rather than a stressful one. Only downside is for those who do not have a blue badge because the car park can be seriously expensive if your there for a few days.x
